She works super hard at making the customer experience worth it. Everytime I come in she is working super hard with a smile on her face. She is definitely the face of this dollar general!!

I have been shopping at the Martin Bluff Gautier Mississippi store since it opened. Stephenie and her team has done a fantastic job with costumer service compared to any of the others before her. Stephenie is a professional and would love to have her as one of my employees. She is a true leader and goes out of the way to help .

Location is convenient, but they could really improve if they hired someone to stock the shelves. The rolling carts filled with inventory make it crowded and hard to maneuver around the store. The employees are always friendly, just need more of them.

This 5stars is for the young lady Stephanie she has been working in terrible conditions of no AC FOR THE PAST SEVERAL WEEKS! What a shame this national company can’t have some kind of temporary AC or something to help during the hottest summer we have had!

Poor customer service. Was at self checkout and needed help pushed the help button and the cashier next to self check out continued to check out other people in line behind me instead of coming to assist. Before continuing down the line when the light was clearly flashing.

One star is too many for #15710 twice in the same day about 3 hours apart. The new employee is on the register doing a great job Jarrod! customers are walking outside the building oand irritated and blaming the only person working. He had to pull off the register to go outside to get the manager on duty..to do a correction on self checkout. She did as she is on the phone and walks right back outside to her cigarette Leaving about 5 or 6 people still in line to checkout. Gotta do better...

I used to hate going into this Dollar general but since the new manager took over and they reset the store, I am happy to shop there. She keeps a certain product in stock for me that I used to have to go to The Big box store miles away. She also happily exchanged my coffee for me this morning that I had mistakenly bought the wrong kind. The store is clean and fully stocked now with quality employees.

I changed my review from 2 stars to 4. The place has a new manager and it has been doing really well. They do a great job keeping the place stocked, clean, and organized and are fast, friendly, and efficient. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is there is one African American lady who works in the day/afternoon who is very rude and cold. She has also tried to scam me a couple of times by overcharging / holding onto my bags. I come here every day and she is the only problem.

I was in the area and needed some things so I stopped at this location off Martin Bluff Rd. Hands down, the best location I've walked into coast wide. I was surprised immediately by a warm welcome of smiling faces, friendly staff who greeted everyone the same when they walked thru the door. 1. You won my business, when I'm in that area. 2. Very clean store. Organized & shelves well stocked. 3. Employees at this location are friendly. Smile and interact with their customers. 4. I did not stand in line long at all. Employees thorough and know their register & stores merchandise.If I were to vote on all coastal Dollar General Stores I would say Martin Bluff Rd location is #1.

Today I couldnt believe that there were three women stocking the candy shelves in the check out line! Because there were three, you could not be more than one foot away from a crowd of people. I and five others were in line 10 or more minutes with these women right next to us. None of the stockers had on masks and the manager was by herself. She does a great managing a store with no competent help, but I felt at risk and cant believe they couldnt stop long enough to let six people thru the line.

I like that it's close to home but their aisles are always blocked with something, mostly stock. Other aisles are a mess and you always have to wait in line forever because there only ever one cashier checking out the whole line. The employees are okay but you can tell they don't want to be there. Still better that the one on Gautier Vancleave where a very rude mean lady works.

Beats having to run all the way into town for most items. Lots of parking and very clean. This store carries most toiletries and over the counter medications. They have a few groceries, and office supplies as well. Overall not a bad solution to the problem of having to go 10 miles into town for something that costs less than $5.

This particular Dollar General is convenient to an entire community. I would like to see more workers. Atleast 2 people available for each register to keep the line flowing. Also have atleast one person available for stocking and answering any questions. Friendly manager and associates.

1 employee on register with line to back of the store just about and two people sitting in the front office right behind the register talking. Cashier wasnt too sure of how coupons customer ahead of me worked and was having difficulty operating register. Will take my business to the gas station down the road

Most lazy staff ever the closing time on the door said 10:00 on google it says 10:00 maybe the store hours need to be changed I’m not sure but employees should not lock doors and hang out until 10 very disappointed with the staff but the store is nice and has everything I need with great prices this is a daily problem with the staff not doing their jobs , very disappointing or I would give the store 5 stars

Today the experience sucked the guy at the register name jaylan for one thought I was paying with ebt before he even asked what I was paying with. He never speaks and it seems like he always has an attitude. If you don't want to work stay at home or find another job.

I keep informing people of the great deal that Dollar General has and gues what dollar general is selling? Visegrips for 6 dollars and change. Pretty cool huh? Dollar General now has over 15, 000 locations nationtion wide while Walmart only had around 6000. I know Walmart is bigger, right? But Dollar general is closer in some cases for customers. I go to dollars general for Powerade, Mayo, Bread, Laundry Detergent, Water, Milk, and a bunch of more reason. I guess Dollar General's dog food is cheaper there too? I added some videos so you guys can see the deals I saw. Do have a great day!

This is a newer store. It's very clean and well organized. Great selection at pretty good prices for the most part. Very convenient location for the Hickory Hills area.

This is the first retail store available in the Martin Bluff/Hickory Hill area of North Gautier. It may not seem like much to some, but it is a heaven - sent convenience to most.
