5 stars on the waygu steak!!! Cooked to an amazing medium rare +. And we devoured it all. We got some lard injected pork chops, And they were good just not worth the premium to us. We might have used some more salt or some other spice as well. The folks In The store are amazing. They talked us thru their cuts and told us about their farm to table and ranch operations. Super friendly and bent over backwards to inform us and talk to us about their meats. Definitely be back for more steak!!!

Killer-good plate lunch. Best greens I've ever had, and I've had lots of greens. Awesome cheese grits. Very nice fresh meats, house made bacon and house made sausages. Really nice frozen things to take home to cook (casseroles, meatballs, gulf shrimp). Lots of local pantry items. I purchased one of the wagu steaks and cooked it at home: very nice!

Bought some steaks here to celebrate a birthday and was not disappointed! Great selection of meat. Great customer service, they took the time to describe the differences in some of the cuts of meats and how to cook them. Also got a wild mushroom steak topper, it was divine. It is rather pricey but you get what you pay for here. I will be back.

This place and amazing selection of cut meats and full spread of local ingredients, jams, jellies, salsas. The serve was amazingly friendly. They have some great chopping boards and a decent beer selection as well. This place is worth the drive up from jackson

The finest beef in the USA. Period! The beef is so tender that it melts in your mouth! You won’t believe how wonderful this place is. It’s one of Mississippi’s best kept secrets. They offer dining in and out. A place to stop by for sure. This butcher/chef has been around the world working in the top restaurants. You won’t be disappointed at this gourmet restaurant and butcher shop. Kobe beef!

I came across this place while I was working at Grand Gulf Nuclear Plant about a month ago.When it was time to come back home to Chicago .I made sure I stopped by to buy about $ 600.00 dollars worth of wagyu prime rib, black Angus prime rib , hanger steaks and some Denver delicious steaks.The flavor was absolutely out of this world.I want to thank Matt for taking care of my order. It was spot on.Very knowledgeable about the different cuts of meat.This place is absolutely a diamond in the rawin Flora Mississippi .Next time I go back for work in the area, I'll make sure I buy double what I got this time.Matthew. You're the bomb.Thank you very much for everything .

Bought some great products here and some not so great. Yesterday bought several steaks and one was a filet tail that they had tied up to look like a center cut. IMHO they should not sell those at the counter and if so heavily discounted. It was my Mom's mother's day steak as well. 🙄🙄😳😞

I've never been here as a customer, but I've been here several times delivering meat. The staff I've encountered has always been very nice and very efficient. Also, they order top shelf quality, so IMO they are probably an excellent place to be a patron of.

We have had lunch there twice this week and it was incredible. Lunch deal 10 bucks meat 2 sides, roll, drink. We also nought a ribeye and roast to cook at home. Truly this was the best ribeye we have ever eaten. Well worth the drive.

I purchased 2 Wagyu rib eye steaks at 31.50 a pound. The meat looked fantastic but when I put them on the grill and cooked them to a perfect medium rare they were extremely chewy. Not what we thought. This is suppose to be one of the best meats if not the best meat around. I got better steaks from Sam's buying prime meat at half the price. I won't be buying any more of this. It just isn't worth it and is not as tender as the prime from Sam's. Unfortunately I feel like I was robbed.

This place has the best selection of high quality meats. The thick bone-in pork chops and the wagyu beef fillets and hamburgers are amazing! The hour-round trip is worth it.

Best steaks in the metro. The Wagyu beef is incredible. The Flora Butcher also has specialty items, and pre-prepared twice baked potatoes, creamed spinach and other delicacies. One can pick up a complete gourmet meal here in one stop! It also has delicious Po Boys and other specials for lunch. Excellent place.

Flora butcher is where it's at! I can't wait to get back over to that side of town to pay a visit. Also check out the new package store directly beside the Flora butcher. And Dave's Triple B just across the street a bit.

I have looked for some really good sausage-any kind- for years. I tried the boudin, chorizo, and Italian-all were tender and flavorful and probably the best I have ever had!!

What's not to love about wagyu beef lasagna at a great price and excellent service. People complain it's in Flora but I like that it's farther out. It makes for a great place to eat outside in the cute downtown Flora. Would recommend to anyone.

Kinda heaven for chef. You can choose the cut that you want. They have beef, pork and lamb. They also dry age their beef. But not always. You may need to call them first if they have it available.
