Beware of this grocery store and please pay close attention when your products are being scanned at the register. My elderly mother was charged $25 for one turnip root. I just had to take her back to get her money. Last week she purchased items and was reaching for her last bag and some lady that was working rushed her out the way and told her that was not her bag. She got home and didn’t have her turkey wings. She goes back to get them or a refund and they refused to replace the wings or her money. I went in with her tonight to make sure she get her money back. The manager on tonight is very rude with a nonchalant attitude towards his customers. I have told my mom to stay out of that store. I refuse to spend my money where it’s not appreciated plus it stinks in there all the time. Stop patronizing businesses that take advantage of you because they are the only grocery store in your town! DON’T SHOP IN THAT STORE THEY SELL SPOIL MEAT

Just left there on 2/4/24 and the lady working behind the counter was more focused on cutting up with her homegirl. I paid for my food in advance and when I returned 15 minutes later not only was my food missing but the gentleman they hired to help has to be told 5 times and he still didn't fix my food. Sullivan's used to be a go to place in the area but when people quietly apologize for poor to no service that means you lost my business and everyone's business I know. We will no longer use you for church functions and I'm actively going to tell everybody to tell everybody y'all ain't hitting on a lick anymore.

If I could give less than one star I would. The store stinks. The managers are rude with a nonchalant attitude and they will overcharge you if you are not paying attention

Typical small town grocery store, they will try to get items in if the demand is there. The fruit and some vegetables are not looking good. Lost 10% of the Celery, glad I didn't get one other I saw! Went for Fruit today, apples look pretty good, tomatoes are crunchy, hothouse.

Never been and wanted to see what Gluckstadt would be instore for with their new location in the process of being built...Some staff not as friendly as others and prices a bit high compared to Kroger. Great selection and well stocked (unlike Kroger). It's going to be interesting to see if they can get a hard working and fully friendly staff.

variety in meat department "Seafood" wish this store had someone nicer in kitchen/cooking !.Also paying the high cost for groceries is just not so bad b'cz of the fact that it"s not as time consuming to shop here. Cashier/checkout workers are very kind & NEVER ever rush you.

The customer service is terrible. Managers are not knowledgeable and the teens that work there are unruly. Prices are too high to be considered a "convenient" grocery store.

I found this establishment customer service representative at the time of my purchase, to be very nice. I also purchased some lawn mulch. Which I had to pull to the side on the fire lane to pick up. No one offered to help my disabled husband to get it, so that's why we pulled on the fire lane. So that he will be able to put them in our vehicle. Another customer service representative whom I thought to be very prejudice.. spoke in an non respectful manner.. My husband's friend responded to her in the same manner.. the customer service representative proceeded to get her manager as if we were the problem. Mind you, we had just spent over $300 at this establishment.. I didn't appreciate that my daughter had to witness prejudice in the year 2021.. I will not be recommending anyone else or coming back to this STORE. SIGNED, HAPPY CUSTOMER.. BUT BAD BUSINESS WOMEN.. THANKS

Great service from cashiers. It's a small store for a small town but I would like to add that in between the produce and meat section it smells like strong old urine and at the back of the store (same area) near the beer it's has a awful smell that I can't describe. It's always there every time I visit. I hope they one day do something about it.

This store is spotlessly clean and offers a wide variety of high quality groceries. This store is about 20 miles from where I live but I will drive there at least once a week to do most of my shopping.

Ramey's has now changed ownership and name. When coming to the store it is now, with a big sign, known as Sullivan's Grocery. Just going inside will make your eyes widen and mouth water. Isles are clean and wide, stock is very good. Fresh baked chicken and other goodies are hot and great buys. Be sure check the store out because right now they are having a Grand Opening and there are lots of special items at a Grand opening price.

I love this Ramey's. The meat select is almost always fantastic. Newly remodeled, looks a lot better now. The "fresh" produce leaves a lot to be desired. I don't fault the store, though.

The deli here is rediculous!! These idiots don't have a clue what they are doing. If you ask for something as simple as a slice of cheese they loose their freakin minds and get pissed off bc they have to go slice a piece of cheese off the block bc there is none available. So I will not be coming back here again.
