Alexandra hardware is a great place to buy all your lumber and tools, anything you need for building supply. But if they don't have it, they can get it for you. And it won't be all warped and bent lumber, like it's been found outside on the side of the street or something.

If u are a person of the black race they don't prefer to help u at all don't even offer u any help or greetings upon entering the store. At least the lady cashier was polite when I checked out.

Everyone in the store is wonderful. I had a small project that required rental equipment and materials. The weather had been unpredictable, but I was able to easily have them change dates of delivery no worries. The contractor department went above and beyond by making suggestions about my project and making sure I had everything. They were superb in their knowledge. They were professional and even gave me some places to buy plants and fresh vegetables. I will definitely go back and use their services again.

It has most everything you would need here, a good selection of rental tools/equipment, knowledgeable staff and the prices are not terrible for the area so I will definitely shop here again instead of driving all the way to Laurel everytime
