We just bought a new Bronco here a couple of weeks ago. I was literally in and out within 30 minutes. Worked with me to get me a good deal and had the bronco ready when I got there. They even stayed open late. Would definitely buy here again!

I was traveling from Mississippi to Florida in my f250 when i sheered all the studs off my front wheel. They got me in and fixed up in no time. Only lost 3 hours drive time between the tow and repairs. Excellent service and excellent work.

Mr Woolwine, you have lost a sale. My 2019 F350 was in your service department for a week without anyone looking at it for the small oil leak it had developed. Any mechanic could have put it on a lift and determined where the leak was coming from. I was asked when I dropped it off if I had bought the vehicle there, which I had not. I had however bought an F250 a few years back from y’all, so I was a previous customer. So I can only presume that since I did not buy that vehicle there I was placed in the back of the line. When I go to trade my three other Ford vehicles in for a new one, Woolwine Ford will not be considered.

If you can’t buy from Richard Whoolwine. You are not wanting to buy a new truck. Best dealership in south Mississippi. Mr. Whoolwine will always put the deal together. I drive all the way up from south Florida to buy my trucks.

Do not use quick lube. My husband went to get tires rotated. Almost 3 hours! After they finished took another 45 minutes to bring car around . Took 40 minutes to check out. Very bad management!

This dealership has had my vehicle for 10 months because of a recall on my Ford focus. They have been terrible at communication! They had to order the TCM, finally got that in and it still doesn’t work. So they tell me I need to pay $500 for an actuator because that’s why the TCM isn’t working… and it’s still not working! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! They still have the car with no end in sight. They have stopped working on it and tell me he will try to get back to it in a week or so. I’m shocked at how this is being handled.Update: It has now been 14 months that my car has been here ! They just called to say they replaced the TCM yet again and it worked… but the clutch system is now bad and it’s 3500 to fix this! This car was dropped off with only the recall needing to be done!! This is the worst dealership.. do yourself a favor and do not use them.

We recently purchased a 2021 F250 from Woolwine Ford. We could not be more happy with our experience! We flew to Mississippi from Massachusetts (crazy I know!) and were met at the airport by our salesman, Jamie. He and the staff at Woolwine could not have been more accommodating and made us feel more welcome. The cake baked for us by the owner’s Mom was a real nice touch as well. Thank you guys for extending your Southern hospitality to us Northern folks!

I was pulling a 35ft fifth wheel with my Ford F350 diesel from Florida to California, when my diesel exhaust fuel gauge came on, I filled it up DEF and it kept saying that I’m running on empty. I thought the leveler was probably broken so I figured I just keep driving it then it said the truck is going to go down to 50 miles an hour so I called my mechanic in Cali since I’m in the middle of Mississippi with my RV my wife and two cats and it’s 105° he said I better not risk it if I kept driving, it could cost me a lot of money. So I started to Google Ford dealers nothing was coming up and to my surprise I looked up and there was a beautiful Ford dealer right in front of me. So I went inside kind of frantic and asked if they could look at it today. they said they were busy but they’ll try to get to it tonight or tomorrow. Anyway, I was stuck and had to find an RV park. Luckily, I found one close by then brought the truck back and Gary was nice enough to give me a ride back to the RV park. They got it fixed the next day. It was the pump. Luckily, they had the part in stock. They picked me up at the RV park. And we were on our way. I’m very grateful to Gary for taking care of me and my family.

I don’t mind the quick lane because the advisors there are great. They know me by name, and I always receive top notch service. The Quick Lane is why they are receiving stars at all.The service department is a different story. The advisor I have been working with does well. Where this department falls short is that they have had my car for 3 months for an oil leak. I have been told, “It’ll be by then end of this week or the first of next week” for the past 6 to 8 weeks. I have been a loyal customer ever since I bought my car at this dealership. Meaning, all of my service work, including tires, has been given to this dealership. This is unacceptable by any standard of customer service. Furthermore, I have left messages for management to call me and have yet to receive a call back.-One very displeased customer.

I purchased a f-250 from Woolwine Ford and they are 2 hours away from me. I was a little hesitant to purchase being the dealership was so far from my house but Danny and the sales manager made it so easy I couldn’t pass it up. Gave me a fair deal on my trade also.Fast forward 2 days and was hooking up hitch to truck and noticed a egg on the inside of the tire. At that point is when I had a small case of buyers remorse being the dealership was 2 hours away. I sent Danny a pic and text and he told me to bring it to my closest Ford dealership and see what they say. Of course they recommend a new tire and Woolwine paid for the tire at another dealership to save ma a 4 hour round trip. Also the tires were not under warranty.If you see a vehicle you like at Woolwine but think it’s to far let me tell you the ride is worth it just for the way they do business. They are not high pressure give you a fair price and they do not push you for extras at all they give you the options and it’s totally up to you like I said no pressure.I will definitely check them out next time I am in the market for a new vehicle. Hopefully Danny still there.Also they gave us a big Hershey cake I believe it was from the owners wife’s bakery … it was good!

Great place! Very fast and super nice, very helpful and knowledgeable about everything, they keep a good eye out for any issues, last two times was told my tires are getting aged which they are but I'm broke so gotta save up for the full set. Never the less greatly appreciated the heads up about them. Been going here sense day one of my new car and never have had issues with it. Will continue to use them for the life of that car 10/10

Went n for oil change an recall for trans. Checked in around 0915 it’s 12:45 an still here. Me whoolwine has walked around an asked if everyone was ok an skipped us. I will not be back here. I don’t want nothing from this dealership. Haven’t offered anything to my son or myself. Only the service advisor has came by twice.

We haven't bought a car 🚕🚙 there yet, but we have used their repair department. They are very nice 👌 and professional. I noticed they are busy with oil changes and all but they still take the time to help you. I am always seeing Woolwine on Instagram and they sell a lot of cars 🚗 & trucks! I met Mr Woolwine at one of the local restaurants and he was very nice. Its nice to see a successful 👏 family owned business. 👍

Of the many Chrysler dealerships we visited in MS, we had by far the best experience at Woolwine. Extremely professional, helpful and courteous, not obnoxious with calls and requests. When we were close to ready to make a purchase, we were uncertain about the specific trim features on a Pacifica they had in stock. Jeff was our Sales agent and he went above and beyond to help find exactly what we were looking for. We had a great experience with these folks and would recommend them to anyone. Great folks!

Always super friendly and helpful. I was in a wreck and my explorer had some problems that were a result of the wreck but a different dealership missed.The quick lane is AMAZING! My oil change took less than 20 minutes. I also had a flat on my way to pick my kids up from school, I was running late and super stressed. I limped in there with my tire hissing like an open air compressor. They pulled a 6” long bolt from my tire and had my spare put on in about 10 minutes. Truly amazing guys and gals at this place!

This was an excellent car buying experience. No pushiness or passive aggressive arm twisting sales tactics. Just nice people selling exactly the vehicle I needed. The financing was also painless and gave me a great interest rate. Doesn't hurt that there's literal icing on top - #FreeCake.

The workers here are not nearly as knowledgeable about Chrysler products as they should be. I was informed that a used pcm could not be reprogrammed for my vehicle, the service manager I talked to was very abrupt and dismissive about the whole situation. Seems that they just wanted to sell me a new one since I was able to get another shop to program it without any issues.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Dropped my car off at ford services and they said they would get to work right away. Nope sat in the shop for 3 weeks and didn't do anything not even the diagnostics 😂. There terrible at answering the phone and the lady that did say they were all on their phones. Terrible customer service at least the mechanics. Don't go please 🙏

Took my 2015 F-250 Super Duty to Woolwine because my engine light came on. I tried calling Courtesy Ford the day before and was treated very rude. I live South of Hattiesburg. They told me that there were 30 - 40 people ahead of me and wouldn’t give me a appointment. They said that I could drop it off and they would get to it in a few days. I called Woolwine and they were courteous and made me a appointment for the next morning. They were very professional and notified me on the progress. I now have a place to take all my vehicles when I need service and probably to buy.

Took my new Lincoln in because the door was squeaking and while I was there I had the tires rotated. After they rotated the tires the car now pulls to the left. It was fine when I took it in. I was also told by the salesman that if we buy the extra warranty they will fix anything bumper to bumper. But they charged me to fix the squeaking door for some reason that’s not covered on the warranty or Thats what they told me. So I called laurel Ford and asked them an they told me it most definitely should have been covered under Lincoln’s warranty.
