Over the past 2 years, Craig has been timely with requests to check on issues like fence storm damage or tree stump grinding. Craig is trustworthy and reliable. We decided to trust our underground fence to Craig Nelson and Hidden Fence Systems almost 2 years ago. From the time I met Craig, we hit it off. He is great guy, but he is also knowledgeable and professional with advice for the best solution with the best maintenance and cost. Honestly, I never got another quote, and as long as Craig is around, I never will.The installation went smoothly. Craig was on time and knocked it out without issue. He followed up just to make sure the dogs were doing good.The equipment has been stellar. The only damage was a chewing incident on a collar. I got a new one and Craig suggested a guard for the replacement. No trouble since!!After installation service is where Craig really shines. I have needed some batteries, a new collar, and even some slight changes in my fence path. However, I just recently needed a repair because of a flower bed dig!!! He is always responsive to my call or text, and we work out the logistics.Hands down… I give Craig and Hidden Fence Systems, Inc. a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating!!

From the time Craig first came to our property in Madison to give us a quote, we knew he really cared about our 3 dogs! He was very professional in every area of the proposal, answering all of questions fully! We had one other quote, but the choice was very easy for us. Craig gave us an installation date and he showed up right on time. He even called a couple of times to confirm that date! If you are the do it yourselfer then STOP now and call Hidden Fence!! I like many others thought I could save money and install my own underground fence. Nope, could have saved myself A LOT of MONEY and a ton of headache if I would have just called them the minute I even thought about a underground fence. They are the BEST! Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, extremely fair pricing. These guys just care. I had a very difficult install because I wanted multiple areas around the house off limits but I wanted the dog to get on back porch and garage. Well, no problem for Craig! He gave me even more and even better than what I wanted and expected. You WILL NOT find a better deal or better people to work with and you WILL NOT spend less by doing it yourself! You will pay for it sooner or later if you do. Go ahead and let these guys do it right for less. And, I didn’t even mention they will help you get your dog trained and headed in the right direction! They are wonderful. We have used them for probably 20 years. We have an underground fence for our dogs which works great. If a yard guy happens to Nick an underground wire they are very quick to come service our fence. They provide training to get your dogs started on the system and are very prompt to send or bring you batteries for the dog collars

Craig installed new wiring to replace the cheap thin wire that came with my DIY underground fence. Extremely reasonable price, professional, and overall great guy! I won’t ever recommend a DIY job or anyone else for professional installation. If you need an underground fence for your 4 legged family members, Hidden Fence is the way to go!

I bought my Hidden Fence from them couple of years ago. The system has worked flawlessly. Compared to the system I had at my old house this one cost much less annually because the batteries in the collar receiver last much longer and are less expensive.The guys that installed it did a fantastic job. Very professional.
