Horrible. This store loses a tremendous amount of revenue due to being unable to check people out. This is a consistent problem over a long period of time. The self checkout does not work and one of the cash registers is broken. Expect a 20 minute wait minimum to checkout if you come here. Kroger is a much faster option.

I had a good experience while shopping here. The Sales Associate was very friendly & she greeted her customers when they walked through the door. Some items are still not on the shelves, though.

The last few times I have been in this Dollar General the staff was so kind. Even the men actively working and stacking the shelves asked me if they could help me find what I was looking for and gave me suggestions. Today, when I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and a good morning. I'm not someone to write reviews, but my last few visits have been so good.

Second time in this store while in town. Tall gentleman greeted me as I entered the store on both occasions. Both times the front counter opened two registers as the customers began to pile up at check out and that greatly helped to speed up matters. Same tall gentleman checked me out both times and he extremely cordial and professional. Pleasure to shop at this Dollar General.

The store, as usual, was not well kept. There are usually bins in aisles of merchandise needing to be put up. Hard to get around those obstacles. Merchandise isn't neatly arranged on shelves. Was so very good and neat when first opened, but not so now. Why can't store close earlier and a night shift restock and straighten up after hours.

I have never in my life been to a Dollar General that was so well ran before! The manager is absolutely the most friendliest person I think I personally know!!! She is amazing and cares a lot about her employees! She and all her employees take pride in their job! They all work together as a team to keep the store kept up! And ALL of her employees love her and when they communicate that's the 1st thing that's people notice!KEEP UP THE HARD WORK!!! GOOD CO- WORKERS ARE HARD TO FIND!!!My favorite store to go to in Clinton!!

Long Lines ALWAYS! Nothing is ever stocked and the only nice ones are your Male Employees.. And one very sweet women. The younger women are very rude! Sam is your store and the only reason my family ever goes back... I try at least once a week to take him and the staff Lunch..Depending on who i hand the plates to there isnt even a thank you

I love DG. It's like a small Walmart. My favorite one is on hwy 18 in Brandon Ms. The store is always so clean and always stocked!!! The staff will help you with anything and they do it with kindness not bcuz it's their job. I love this store 10 stars!!!

The store itself is convenient shopping, I only have one problem when it's time to checkout I think customers should give respect and wait in line tell the next customer tells them to come to the register , standing over another customer or putting items on the counter while the other customer is checking out is no respect not privacy especially if you're putting a pin number in off your debit card..Consider putting a please wait in line sign up ...Other then that it's a good store.

I like Dollar General but some of the things you need are behind the cashier. So if u don't have knowledge of this then you feel it's out of stock or they don't sell it!! If it's for theft. Can you really stop shoplifting?? No, but you can stop customers from SHOPPING there!!!

The assistant manager is very rude nasty attitude very unprofessional like much of the staff there! Only person there who was nice each time was the young African American man with the dreads!! The rest of the staff needs to take note from him!!Staff needs training on how to treat customers if they want business!

Now I go to Dollar General about every day 4 something they need to get their inventory or stock done a little better is never organized there's always stuff all over the place other than that the people that work there real nice and when you go to Dollar General you better know what you're going for they usually have what I am after

Manager checked me out while on her cell phone the whole time. Then she didn't give me credit for my $5 coupon but tried to tell me I didn't give it to her. People just don't have good work ethics anymore.

It's always busy and 1 cashier most of times. The employees are always on their phone on the sales floor and want help you are they are talking to each other about things outside of work. The carts are all over the parking lot are they have trash in them.

Rude employees couldn't show me how to use the coupons..I put my number in the thing and it didn't give me my discounts or 25 $ off. Never will I shop at this again. Just rude --- people
