This particular store isn't so clean. I saw a dead roach in the drain at the coffee machines this morning and on top of that, the two cashiers that are there more regular need training on customer service. Anytime you go in in the mornings, their faces be in those cellular devices instead of paying attention to their surroundings at all times. Napkins in one dispenser would be out all the time, bucket of water on the coffee counter and no hot dogs/sausage on the rollers. All this could be taking place instead of playing with those phones. No one wants to do their job nowadays, it's sad!This store has poor management! It's now 9/12/22 and there's no liquid creamers, napkins nor coffee cup lids.

Most of their employees with the exception of a couple of them are very rude and unprofessional. Seems like half of the time they're slush machines are down or their sodas are flat. Items are not price properly, tried buying some Little Debbie snacks that were supposed to be two for three dollars instead they run up one for a $1.69 and the other for $1.79. quite a bit of time the store is a mess, I highly recommend spending your hard-earned money somewhere else with better quality service.

Restroom door won't lock. No hand soap. No paper towels or paper towel dispenser. Actually, paper dispenser is broken and was on the floor. People have to use the trash can as a door stopper. Such a nasty, ghetto place.

Aisha & manager on duty are very unprofessional! She had me in there making a scene out of her ignorance & inability to proudly conduct business! The manager was sitting in her car just chilling & hanging out with a friend. Last time I checked, a manager is on duty helping ill-equipped individuals such as, Aisha.

I'm still confused about what happened. I just went to Kangaroo Express for a froster which originally costs $0.99. She informed me it was $1.38. I said that's fine I'd go get the rest of the money from my car. I left the froster and $1.25 with her. I came back in and there were a few people in front of me. I was prepared to wait patiently while she served her customers. When she saw me, she said she took care of it and motioned for me to get the drink. I gave her $0.50 which she took. Assuming I'd heard wrong, I returned home. My brother said the frosters are $1.38 but they are certainly not $1.75. I was very surprised and disappointed they would overcharge me. It's not that much, but I'm not sure I can trust this store anymore.In another incident, my mom dropped her credit card in the parking lot. It didn't occur to us it might be there until we got home. I thought I would call to check. The cashier answered and said someone did try to turn the card into her. They said they found it outside, but she wouldn't take it. So the customer left with the card. This is unusual to me. I believe it would've been safer with the store than a stranger. The customer could have maxed out the card. I'm not sure I understand this method of doing business.I used to stop at Kangaroo Express for everything (snacks, drinks, pickles, etc.) I was a devoted customer. I loved the frosters, but I can give them up. In light of the recent treatment, I have decided not to return to Kangaroo Express. I will be taking my business to Chevron or Shell.

I just left there and they had no soap in the bathrooms to wash their hands. When I Mentioned to the clerk she acted like she didn’t care. Even had the nerve to tell me I could use hand sanitizer if I but it lol. Covid and everything else is out here and customers are treated this way.. I won’t be back

its your average circle k. conveniently placed right down the street from Mississippi College for late night runs. plus cops always hang out at this location and it feels very safe

Quite often, there's no receipt paper at the pump. Going in for a receipt defeats the whole purpose of paying at the pump. I buy all my gas here, but I'm going to start going elsewhere if this doesn't improve soon. Sick of it!
