Great place to find special gifts for a great price. The offer Veteran's a discount on thier purchase. Bags cost a small fee ($0.10?) So bring your own shopping bags. This helps to keep their prices low.

I like the store. It's clean and organized. Sometimes prices are not clear, on groceries items that is, but still no big deal. The do charge for bags now .10 or .15 cents each bag but bring your own or purchase the reusable ones in store. They have a lot of different things to explore in this store, you're sure to find something you didn't know you needed lol.

Darlene, Austin, and Erika were a great help. Darlene is from the Clinton store and Austin and Erika is from the county line store in ridgeland. We went to the clinton store to buy a couch. We were pointed to Darlene who educated us on the lease to own and the credit card option. She even called the ridgeland store where Austin help us purchase the couch we wanted. Erika help direct us to the beanie section where we bought two hats and sign that says "The Cats are in charge(we just live here)" it was in the clearance section so we asked Erika and she immediately helped us out in a timely fashion to find out the clearance price. Thank you all for the phenomenal customer service. I appreciate your work on this black Friday

I had ordered items online for in-store pickup. I had to pickup at counter where folks check out as there's no separate desk for pickups or customer service. Only 2 cashiers were working and therefore the line moved extremely slowly. Once it was finally my turn to be waited upon, the female cashier couldn't find my order though it was in the corner, in a shopping cart, where all other orders are held. She had to page the manager. Once manager showed up, she explained to me that 2 of the items I selected were unavailable and asked if I would accept the substitutions and I said I would. Then she spends the next 10 minutes or more instructing the female cashier on how to ring up the substitutes items! Do yourself a favor and just go to the store and shop for what you want instead of ordering online.

The store is what it is, but 1. The bathroom in this store is the absolute quietest place I have been in decades. Think sensory deprivation room. 2. If you are allergic to laundry detergent, you probably should avoid this place; as the smell from the laundry mat next door is overwhelming in the parking lot.

Went in looking for 1 item and came out with others. Found what I was looking for, however didn't get cart, but a young lady assisted me with what I was looking for, since hands was full she carried up to check out. Very nice of her, then Sharon, cashier was very friendly & nice. Even thought I live in Jackson, I will go too this one more. Newly renovated, store neat & clean. Thank you Big Lots.

Looking for items to mark off your shopping list...this is the place to shop. I found most of my items at bargain prices. Also clean store, and wonderful customer service. I love shopping at Big Lots.

This has a whole lot of potential. It needs managers and workers. They need a maintenance crew to keep the store clean. They need more trucks to deliver more products to keep the store stock. You need to update your selection in movies. Like I said, this store has plenty of potential. It needs stronger leadership and better integrity in there workers.

The quality of the furniture is garbage. It's cheaper than Miskelly's and cheap is what you get. I purchased a sectional from there two months ago and it is tearing apart already. Just garbage, so I called my credit card company and they basically told me that furniture sold at Big Lots is low grade quality. My credit card company took care of this, but I should not have purchased this garbage from the beginning

I went in to see if they had a product that I needed. The staff was friendly. The store was clean. I was surprised to see that they sold furniture, it's the nice stuff too. Even though the product I was looking for was out of stock I found something else that I needed at a very reasonable price.

I can always find something unique in Big Lots, and their merchandise seems to be reasonably priced. I'm not sure about their furniture, however, as I've never purchased any.

I love this Big Lot , but the Manager Dorian needs a attitude adjustment. THE OLDER FOLKS DONT LIKE HIM AT ALL.ONE I KNOW WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT HIM AND HE HAD A ATTITUDE WITH ME ONCE BUT I BRUSHED IT OFF .BUT PLEASE RESPECT THE ELDERS.OTHER THAN THAT ..PERFECT

Clean store, they were doing some remodeling but it was organized. Though I had a item that wouldn't scan and the cashier couldn't find it but Alicia patient and actually looked for it. Nice store with some decent prices for name brand items.

The only problem I have with Big Lots is if you have a loyalty coupon from them on your phone you can't pull it up in the store. You have to have it on your screen before you go in the store!

Wow. Loved this Big Lots in Clinton. I have been looking for the Dear Foam house slippers that are blue plaid. I found them and at a great price for $ 12.00. Dear Foams are so warm and comfy. Glad I stopped by. Thanks Big Lots. 🤗
