Went to store in Greenville ms spoke with a woman that could have cared less. Gave me horrible customer service and acted as though I was getting on her nerves that she needed to wait on a customer. I was told 30 min as to why she couldn’t do her job when she never even asked my name. Horrible Experience.

The gentleman that helped me and mom was very nice, professional and took his time to understand the problem my mom was facing with her phone. Althought he couldnt fixed the problem we were not pressured into purchasing anything.

This is the worst customer service store I have ever been in. I Don't recommend anyone go there for service. The Cricket store in Yazoo City has the best customer service ever!
