Instead of asking for my receipt please get me a basket. You have cashiers checking their phones before scanning my items. I refused to check myself out although at times I’m forced to. The shelves are stocked; that’s a plus. I’ve noticed that some Walmarts have more variety than others.

Run down place staffed by people who do not care about the customers or the products. This is what you get when you can only hire those "other" cultures. My wife drives 40 miles to shop at Cleveland. Screw Clarksdale and its black people. Kroger's let because of this.

Self check is widely used at this location because most of the registers are closed. The prices are ridiculously high, the store is not well-stocked with food items, and most of the meat selections have more fat than meat. The store is consistently busy; isles congested because this is the only place to buy groceries in this small town. It is a food desert. The food selections are okay, but prices are high. They carry most brands and are typically out of items because this is the only place people have to buy decent food locally. I suppose the demand is very high. Typically, you will see pallets of merchandise in the middle of the floor, and customers just get items from the pallets.

This store has been bad and continues to get worse. The customer service is greatly lacking. Sporting goods, the deli, jewelry, you name it they expect you to stand there an hour and wait for someone to show up after paging them several times. And what is worst is that supervisors will play blind to your needs also. We need something else in this town to replace this disfunctioning place. This is getting worse by the day. No cashiers, long lines, and no accountability.

I've never had a good experience at the Clarksdale Walmart. I'll find any reason NOT TO GO.Management is so bad that I can't believe Walmart Corporate has not taken notice. Managers are lazy, unhelpful, and have made shopping there a miserable experience. Actually they are mean, stuck-up, and most of all plain ole STUPID.The other employees at the registers are nice, helpful and kind. The ones standing outside the entry doors on break (I've seen up to 6 or 7 chatting with the hired Sheriff's Department deputies - the very tall ones) for over an hour.Walmart during normal times closes at 11:00 pm. I have arrived multiple times 30-45 minutes before closing only to be turned away and not allowed in the store. And this is after I've called the store to make sure it was OK to arrive at 10:20 on a night they close at 11:00. The lazy ones outside were turning away customer after customer.If you can get there during the day, get what you want and do self checkout you'll be fine. If you have to deal with customer service (returns) or management in any way, just know you have been warned.The worst experiences I've had are when I've had a lot of shopping to do and arrived at 8:00 or 9:00 pm, have $500-$1500 worth of items in my cart, get my heavy cart to checkout and get in line at 10:50 and when I get to the register it's closed. THEY WON'T CHECK ME OUT!!! saying I'm sorry sir we just shut the registers down. Corporate needs to know how bad this Walmart is.

I don't want to hit them too hard but woman at customer service was far from cordial. Couldn't get any help in paint so went to ACE- a world of difference! ANYONE in customer service should be taught to be friendly and welcoming.

Som things n there make no since..they put a sell on that the cashiers know nothin about an almost charged full price an acted as if she didn't belive me wen I said the books were on clearance , in their store!!🤦an there was only one manager at work she says. Its possible but ..anyhow they sent another worker n bk to take pics of the sale then rechecked out my items🙆‍♀️wasting so much time I was ready to go along with others an im sure the workers also 🤣🙄😂🙃 cabot walmart is a lil better this one was n beebe ...beebe does hav som good workers though but this day an som others blahhh🤪 they don't even do delivery n their own town yet harps grocery is n ward an they deliver to beebe ..
