Charming old style general store with some old photos and a diner to boot. They have odd little Mississippi made products that are not easy to come by elsewhere like mayhaw jelly, and corn meal from a 1790s water mill. I stopped here too late to get a biscuit (which sell out by 7:30 I heard) so I had lunch and chatted with the folks working in the store. Places like this are proof that Southern Hospitality is still a thing.

Went in to order a Hunt's Bros pizza... I thought i would never be served, and i was right !!When she finally came to the kitchen to begin to prepare my pizza, someone came in and she went back to the register and I waited at least 20 minutes. If you don't have someone to manage the kitchen, why even display the Pizza logo ?Very negligent and unprofessional and didn't even get an apology.Obviously I didn't classify as a paying customer. Needless to say I won't be back.Absolute awful experience !!

I live local as of recently, but have stopped here a lot over the years from Poplarville..... I have finally a Beautiful Brunette cashier with a great personality fit for working with the public. She said she'd been working in here off and on for years cause her family owned the store.... She is definitely worth keeping around with that smile 😁!!!!!

Stopped by on my lunch break to grab a soda. The cashier told me they had a kitchen open, so I ordered a small cheeseburger and fries to bring back. I wasn't expecting much from quick stop food, but that cheeseburger was delicious!!!!! No frozen patty. A real burger.... which is getting harder to find. Will definitely be by for another burger soon!

This store unfortunately has poor help. Multiple times we have ordered pizza from them only to have it messed up. There has been times they completely forgot to put the pizza order in. The most recent time my order was accidentally given to another customer who just happened to be in front of me in line. They never asked the persons name to make sure the order was right. They offered for me to wait for the order to be remade, which is about 50 minutes for two pizzas. Hunts bros pizza will receive a nice review too!

Great stop for cheap fuel. They have great snowballs here and the pizza is KILLER! Baked fresh almost daily! Even service with no shoes on! It’s nice to be bunked up in such a relaxed area in MS. The world rotates a little slower in these parts. It’s not uncommon to have to wait to buy a candy bar here while the patron ahead of you in line catches up with the teller about men and the weather. It is a quaint but accommodating general store! Thank you for your business!

Love their burger and fries for 5.99!!! The chicken strips and patty melt are great also.The kitchen is open m-f and closes at 2pm. Wish it was open on Friday and Saturday specially from 6pm to 9pm. Always get A craving for those burgers in the afternoon!!! I can call in my order and its ready when I get there!!! Can y'all please post A menu online with prices?

It's your neighborhood store, friendly and little pricey. But where else you going go 15 miles out ... It cost you same amount in gas as it was just to stop in . Great hot food

Visit Saturday early to get the best fresh smoked meat, chicken, pork etc. I buy it and that's whats for dinner. Delicious.
