My daughter in law went in the store to buy beer and a couple other things. She had a LV purse. She was asked at register to put her purse in car as there is a problem with thiefs. She was angry, embraced and said she will never go in that store again. Why would you want to put an $1800.00 purse back in the car if thieves are leaking in the area.

It's ok and nearby the place is generally clean and well attended. It does have a slight traffic problem with limited visibility of on coming traffic.

Stopped in for gas and goodies, what we found were the nicest , kindest, young ladies in town.I was around the corner from the register and herd Brittany speaking to a customer and had to compliment on her methods and manner she spoke. She made everyone there feel wonderful and appreciated. You hired a great team 🙂✨many thanks

My husband and I stopped here on our way home from New Orleans. I have a small backpack purse. An employee stopped ringing up customers to come to the back to tell me that I couldn't be in the store with my purse. There were ten people in line waiting to be checked out, but she stopped what she was doing to enforce a ridiculous no bags policy. I was the last person she should've been worried about. There were several people out front drunk or high. One man was passed out slumped over in his car.. The bathroom sink was pulled away from the wall and leaking all over the floor. There were gang symbols etched into the bathroom mirror. If people are going to steal they don't need a backpack to do it. Insulting customers by insinuating they are going to steal things because they have a backpack purse isn't good for business.

They have fuel islands for trucks no fuel. And dont allow trucks on property and obviously dont like truckers at all. Was told i could park there until 3 am when had to leave then get woke up in middle of night told had to move by very rude employee. So will never give business again. Since they discriminate against truck drivers

I love my coworkers! Best job I have ever worked & overnight too. I feel safe because Gaylynn make sure we are! I’m glad to be a keith superstore employee! Shout out to of all management and coworkers!

The “no backpack” and “no large bags” policy makes moms traveling with small children a nightmare! I came in to change my 2 month old’s diaper while carrying his diaper bag with me and was given a hard time by the male cashier. Its late, I have 5 more hours of road ahead of me and more than 4 items to carry in order to tend to my child. I understand “company policy” but give me a break! And the comment “well if it can hold a 2 liter bottle its technically a backpack” was insinuating that I intended to come in for that reason and was humiliating. They saw me walk straight to the bathroom and back after pumping gas and I'm sure there were cameras to check if they really thought that i came to steal with a BABY in my arms!!!

This Keith's Superstore is in a perfect spot to quickly get fuel and get back on Interstate 59. It is located on the northbound lane about 22 miles north of the intersection between Interstate 10 and Interstate 59. I have not been in the actual store so I cannot give 5 stars at this time. I would think that they have food items and a restroom if needed.

Very shaddy place. I did not feel safe here at night. Low lights and idling vehicles in the shadows.The next exit is only a few more miles south, its worth the wait.

Clean neat store. Friendly employees. Restroom clean and well stocked. Hard to find in a lot of gas stations. I really appreciate a friendly face and clean facilities. I didn't purchase gas so I can't speak to that I didn't even notice the price to speak to prices. That's why 4 stars.

They have a reckless business practice of placing a hold on your account for an excessive amount of money.I have a special checking account with my bank, because I have pretty much no credit, so I could only get an account that will only allow me to spend $250 a day with my atm/debit card, stupid I know, but you do what you have to. So when I put about 32 dollars in gas in yesterday morning, I was aware that gas stations do put a hold on your money for the amount or slightly more, so I went about my business for the day. I bought a few small things, a few groceries, and some hair cuts for my kids. I also decided to take them out to a nice dinner with a friend. When the bill came, my card was rejected. Luckily my friend could cover it but I was really confused and very glad I didn't have to stop for anything else. I went to the bank today to sort it all out and this is when I was notified about the hold Texaco placed on my account for $126.00, which killed my daily spending allotment. I really would like to know who is responsible for something so ridiculous. When I called the service station, and the branch as well they told me it's the banks fault and they had nothing to do with it. If that was true then every gas station I went to would leave me in the red. The ladies at the station were very rude and just didn't care that what they were doing was a pretty reckless practice, I mean what if I was out in the middle of nowhere and had to get more gas, I would have been stranded! The only thing I know for sure is that I will never go back to that station again. Keith's superstore in Carriere, MS

Truckers dont stop here!!! They do NOT have truck parking and have posted signs everywhere that they do not offer overnight parking and dropped trailers will be towed. They blocked off the back lot completely to keep trucks out. What a shame.

Older woman with grey hair just Sold my 20 year old younger cousin beer without checking I'd. I'm next in line and she checks my I'd and didnt sell me beer bc it was expired, which is understandable but why check I.d. when you want to ? I do look younger but I'm 27 he not .

With the gas prices going up they need to reconsider the $80 limit on the credit card because I can’t fill my tank they are losing out on money and four of the nine pumps are out of service
