"I recently had my oil changed at speedco I Unfortunately, it was a thoroughly disappointing and frustrating experience. Not only did I have to endure an excessively long wait before the service began, but the individual performing the oil change appeared to lack basic knowledge and expertise. There was a noticeable absence of teamwork and coordination among the staff, leading to a disorganized and inefficient process.To compound matters, during the oil change, there was a careless mistake that resulted in oil being spilled all over my truck. Shockingly, when I brought this to the attention of the staff. DUKE he touched the truck the first date DEMARCUS AND DERRICK , they displayed a disrespectful attitude and showed little regard for my concerns or the damage caused.Overall, the service was not only subpar but also characterized by a lack of professionalism and respect towards customers. I left feeling extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the entire experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment due to their incompetence and disrespectful behavior."

Stopped in just for a shower, was double charged and they couldn’t figure out how to refund one of them so it was a very expensive $34 shower, and while she was ringing me up she kept talking about how much of a cash advance I could get but I didn’t ask for one so why keep mentioning it. She had to have someone else come fix the register because of what she was trying to do and they still double charged. I guess atleast they didn’t get any money off my cash advance! Will not be returning. Oh and there was no one at the fuel desk for 15 mins so it was a long wait to start with. The shower was semi clean and the water was warm but no pressure. I stop at Loves because they tend to be have cleaner showers and fresh food options but this one was a bust 👎

Truck care thx for wasting my time. I asked to recharge my ac system the lady said it’s about an hour to wait after 2 hours I asked again they said another hour after 2 hours I asked again they said 30 min more maybe c’mon just tell me it’s gonna be a couple of hours and that’s fine I’ll go somewhere else just hate dealing with stupid people hope they will be fired

Men’s restroom was extremely filthy. One of the stalls had feces spread on the wall. Needless to say didn’t use the facilities at this location. Staff wasn’t overly friendly. Inquired about air for the tires and was told no one knows how to work tire pass and I can fill my own. After locating the fuel lane with the self service air, the tire inflator was busted. Asked inside if they had a replacement and was told no. Sadly a pure joke.

I wanted to buy multiple items in the glass case. After taking time picking some out, I went to register. After waiting my turn in line, I was told the key has been lost for "quite awhile." If a key has be lost for that long, a sign or even covering up the glass fronts would have been nice if they do not want to replace the key.

Are all the loves truckstops in MS need to be remodeled. This particular location is in need of an upgrade years ago. No greetings entering or leaving they are more interested in each others lives. The showers have mildew all over them. I see nothing has changed at this location. So why do they ask for reviews again????

Had an issue with my truckWent to the tire shop and talked with the tire tech and he stated Loves did not have a mechanic. He did how ever give me a contact to call to help. Thank you for going that extra step and putting me in touch with a 5 star company that got me going.

Negative ten stars if possible!! The absolute worst Love's in the U.S.. A pig sty in every way in every location on the property. Abandoned wrecked tractors and trailers in the parking lot that you can tell have been there awhile by the buildup around the tires. Fuel pump keypads so filthy you can hardly read them. Card reader hanging by the wires loose. Dirty water in windshield wash buckets. Coffee machines don't work at 06:30 and pre-made coffees are empty.Very poor management and cleanliness at all levels and nobody cares. Is Corporate blind??

This has to be the worst customer service I have seen in my life. I asked for a item they carry but the girl and the guy was to lazy to look for what I was asking. The sad part is that I seen what I was asking about but I guess the big girl felt it was too far to get. I will not be back here

OMG can't believe what I see is the Air Force 😳did a bombing run in this parking lot? I'm been praising Love's Travel Stop for no(Reserved parking)or pay-per-no-view spot,clean restroom,clean surrounding.Riding along with my husband never saw a lots of big pot holes like this from west to east,north to south.Hello people put some money on that pot holes!!!😅😂

Seriously. Who did the measurements for the truck parking spaces? They’re not even wide enough for truck west & east coast mirrors to avoid bumping into one another. And on top of some of the spots are taken up by abandoned wrecked trucks that haven’t been moved for months, if not years. I wouldn’t even attempt to find parking here after noon. 🙄🙄🙄

Literally the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I got here at 10:30 am in the morning needing a nail removed from my tire and a plug put in. There was only one truck in front of me... Only one tech working and whenever a road service call came in, he'd stop what he was working on to handle the road service. It is now 6:00 pm and they still haven't gotten to me.

Bought a cup of coffee and sat out front to drink it, immediately one of the staff comes out and tells me I can't be there. I can't drink the coffee I just bought.... However 2 days in a row I see y'all have a passed out drunk laying in the grass. I'm confused, I can pass out drunk on the grass but I can't drink my coffee....

Loves is generally a good place to stop. However, this is an older store and it shows. The lot is dirty, the showers were dirty, the shower system for check in did not work correctly leaving me to try to enter an already occupied shower and the employees I encountered were not very friendly. Parking spots are small and short making it hard to completely fill the lot. I think I will pass on this store when I'm in the area.

I love going to love's but this one was my heart favorite. The employees were just there. No sense of enthusiasm. No spunk. Not what I'm used to when visiting Love's. Bathroom not clean. Not what I'm used to say Love's. Come on Yazoo. Got to do better

The parking lot in this place is horrible there are multiple pot holes that are over 1 ft deep. This place will shift your load our even break an axel. Do not come in here if you care about your load our truck.

This place has a cashier who scans a barcode on her cell phone before customers get a chance to scan their rewards cards. She's doing it to every customer.Rap music is playing so loud back in the shower area right now. I'm going to record it on my way out if anyone from corporate is interested I'll send it to you.

Nice chicken breast Caesar, but minus 1 point for the FAKE FORK!! 😒😠 With all their sky-high prices, Love’s should be passing out gold-plated stainless forks instead of these flimsy worthless whateva “sporks!” 🙄😅 LolIf Wendy’s can do it, certainly Love’s could spread some similar cutlery love! 🤔😎

The staff is friendly and the store looks nice but it smells terrible inside! It smells like a sewer in there, it's so bad I could hardly breathe! I feel bad for the staff having to work in this condition I don't see how they do it while keeping a smile on their faces.

Pump station was having issues with the card reader. Tried multiple times and it wasn't working, kept saying "processing" but then never said to start fueling. I didn't pump any gas. Went across the street for fuel. Looked at my bank account and there is a $45 gas charge. I guess the next person got a free tank of gas on me.

I dont write many reviews on travel/truck stops because i go to a couple a day, but this one...Let me start off by saying the girl working the fuel desk today (06/26/18 currently at 6:00 p:m..watch your attitude. It stinks!Basically if youre not african american youll be treated differently by her. I took that note while i was waiting for my shower to be ready.Not to mention the showers. Are yall kidding me? I hope you people's homes dont look like this. Disgusting, dirty, broken, should be placed out of order..like that girls attitude. And for god sakes! You people put HAND SOAP in the soap dispenser in the shower..Love's (especially this Love's) take some notes from Pilot amd Flying J, never had any kind of issue with them anywhere in the U.S. I cant say the same for Love's, each one had something but this one was waaayyyyy out of line. Star rating is for truck parking. Very limited and worst of all, spaces are too close together. Practically click mirrors backing in and can barely exit truck.Spaces need to be widened even though that would cut a few more places to park.

The only friendly person was a guy working at 4am at the Arbys and this star is solely belongs to him. Otherwise people are not welcomed here. You got bothered by random ?workers? complaining you must leave as their workers have no place to park even though there is plenty of spots. And I literally came in 2 hours ago willing to have something to eat, have a shower and rest for a while after a whole night foggy drive. But no, this is not the place you need to stop….

Charge for ice in your own cup. Had to go inside to pay for gas, cashier didn't know how to do it. Waste of time. I usually have a great experience at Loves, not here. So sad
