Food was a joke. When we pulled up to place our order, the girl at the window told us to hold several times. If we hadn't been so hungry from traveling all day, we would have just pulled away. She finally took our order, then motioned us to stop before we got to the pick-up window. We again waited and finally were motioned to proceed to the pickup window and received part of our order. We were then told to pull forward and our food would be brought out. We again waited and could see that there was some kind of argument going on with the employees. The young man finally brought out our order after standing there with it for several minutes while arguing with one of his co-workers. We asked if everything was alright and he just replied that his co-workers were just very slow. Very unprofessional.

Personally I don’t live near canton and I’ve never eaten there (thank goodness) but this is what a former employee posted. This is what this place looks like on the inside and she said that they serve the old burgers the next day. Ridicoulous , this place should be shut down !

Hands down one of the worst places to go on Gods earth. I work nearby and food choices are limited so I sometimes go to Burger King. Sometimes they won’t even take your order. They just simply choose not to acknowledge that you’re there. They left myself and 2 other cars just sitting in the drive through line for 10 minutes and none of us got our orders taken. There was no customers inside and all the employees were standing around just talking. I circled back around to see if anyone would take my order and the SAME THING happened again. Oh yeah and when you do get your food it’s complete garbage. The Melrs are my favorite and they don’t even toast the bread. Steer clear of this place.

It's either closed when it's supposed to be open, or they're out of items ... Like eggs during breakfast or under staffed. But if they're supposed to be open at 6 am and I arrived at 8 am after doing an app order and they're closed. I return 30 minutes later they're still closed. Why does burger King allow orders on the app if a location doesn't open when they're supposed to anyways. I know it's going to be hell for a refund.

Drive thru experience. The person taking our order had great difficulty understanding us through the microphone system.... not sure if it's a problem with the system itself or what? Requested 2 Impossible Whoppers. They only had 1 available at the time, so my partner settled for a beef whopper. Our sandwiches did not come properly marked. The onion rings were fresh & yummy. The sweet tea tasted like day-old tea. Had to wait more than 5 minutes for our order. I couldn't see any other customers present at the time. This BK sits right off the interstate in busy Canton, lots of traffic & customers come off I-55 while passing through the area; BK should really up their game & work to improve their services at this location.

I've eaten here several times. The quality of the food is always excellent. The employees are friendly and provide awesome service! I recommend this location proudly! It is safe here too!

Better than most. The girl working the drive thru (4-21-23 at 9:30 am) was outstanding. With our camper we don't fit through the order owning. She was outside and informed us they were only taking orders in drive thru. Please pull to the last window and I will take your order. (Wow! Thanks) They she asked us to pull to parking lot and brought our order out to us. Really great personality. Food was fresh also.

Went thru drive thru May 2 ,2023. About 430. Girl came on intercoms mumbled for me to wait. Couldn't understand her, proceeded to give order and she came and said " I said wait a minute." I said yes ma'am, and yes I said harshly. Waited 2 minutes came on and informed me it would be about 10 to 15 minutes they were in middle of shift change. So now we have to wait for a shift change to get service?

Went to this Burger King for breakfast at 10:12 and was told they were switching to lunch. Breakfast ends at 10:30. I'm very disappointed 😞. Fast Food has really lost its standards. (I genuinely don't do fast food but it's Spring break for my kiddos and they were so disappointed.

I'm from Kosciusko Mississippi my 3rd or 4th time coming through the drive through. Everytime I'm asked to hold and you're going to sit for about 20 or 25 minutes before your order is taken or your order isn't taken at ALL. Or like 1 time after waiting 20 or 25 minutes for my order to be taken once I made it to the 2nd window 8 was asked to back my vehicle up and I knew that it was so that I wouldn't be on the timer at the window. Worse service experience in Canton the service is way better at any other Burger King restaurant. I wish that I could give 0 stars it doesn't

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been too. The lady working the drive thru was very rude and you could tell she hates her job! We travel alot and and come through Canton alot but I will never ever come back to this Burger King. We waited 15 minutes for our food and was never told they where out of chicken nuggets until we sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. Avoid this Burger King unless you want to be treated with rudeness. I would not even give them 1 start but I had to at least to leave this review. You never get another dime of my money at this location never!

We own a business and travel a lot. We drive a high top van that will not fit through the drive thru. Rachel was out cleaning up the parking lot. She told us to go in and they would take care of us. Her and the other young lady were very kind and courteous to us. We greatly appreciate them. Hard to find employees like them. We will def be stopping in to see them on our next trip through! Food was on point also! Thank you

This location is worthless. I live in Canton and I go out of my way to go to the Gluckstadt location. The Canton location has perpetual staffing problems, system and equipment malfunctions. The few times I have gone to this location they have had SOME issue that stopped them from taking orders. The staff could not care less about their job. They act like the hate life and you too. There is absolutely no emotion from them other than apathy. The management team does nothing to encourage positivity and will literally hire anyone with a pulse.

The employees were very friendly and the food was fresh. I found it funny that they have face mask required signs on the door, but none of the employees had them over their mouth/nose, even the ones preparing the food didn't have it on. Not that that bothered me, I took mine off as well. It was a good experience. Especially given it was fast food.

This is the absolute worst Burger King I've been to. Sat in line for 24 minutes. My food was cold after this long wait. The staff is rude. I wonder if any of them can talk? I'll never go back. Wish there was a way to give 0 stars.

Staff was the best part of the stop, friendly and quick, great attitudes. Food was hot and fresh. Bathroom could use a deep clean, but it did the job, I carry disinfectant wipes with me.

We ordered like a few minutes ago and when we went home to eat it the mozzarella sticks were all dried out and the cheesecake tots didn’t even have any cheese in it. We tried to call them about like 3-4 times and they didn’t even answer, I mean they should have because for a fact I know they were not busy at all. They ruined my dinner and the lady didn’t even pay attention when we were ordering we had to keep asking her did u get are food she looked like she didn’t even care she looked like she doesn’t even want to work their.

Not really sure how this place is even making money. At 1040 I'm still waiting for my order to be taken for lunch. Meanwhile being told by the front cashier they are still waiting on meat to be cooked. Yeah while the drive thru cashier joins her at a table to eat. I left
