I always have a wonderful experience at this dollar tree. For some odd reason this dollar tree is well maintained and does not resemble downtown Beruit, as I have seen in other dollar tree shops. Great customer service too. Now the needs work part? A few more cashiers would make a heck of a difference.

Junky and unkempt store. I do have to commend management for hiring mute workers….I assume that’s the case since they never speak at all. Not a thank you, nothing. They rarely even say your total aloud.

Can't beat the prices. Great selection for a Dollar tree. The only reason I'm giving it a three is due to the disorganization and lack of accessibility to the products. Many of the aisle were in disarray. Boxes and buggies of items blocked multiple aisles. They may have been reorganizing and rearranging the shelves, but there was no way to know. Regardless, shopping this store was difficult. The staff was friendly though, so A++ for that. .

The store looks empty of stock the floors need to be swept and mopped and maybe another coat of wax or something added to it the location was a good deal with plenty of parking but someone needs to do a better inventory and keep the store stocked with items that the customers use everyday and have them placed in a well labeled area

Me & my daughter visited this Dollar Tree & according to their website & sign on the door they stay open till 10:00 pm. We got there at a few min till 9:00 & the doors were locked but customers inside. One of the workers came to the door when she saw us standing at the door & said “we’re closed!” She was very rude!! We said according to your sign & website you stay open till 10:00. She said “well they’re both wrong!” Very rudely!! What?!? They want be in business long just like all the businesses in south Jackson CLOSED!!

PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!! I visited this store on a Sunday night at 7:50 sharp (they close at 8). I was in the parking lot at 7:45 and the door was locked. Not only was I holding a 20 lb baby in an 8 pound car seat, but I was also RUDELY TOLD TO LEAVE FROM A WORKER INSIDE THE STORE AS I PIERED THROUGH THE LOCKED DOOR. Furthermore, the two other paying customers in the parking lot said they have witnessed similar behavior on a consistent basis. Now you may be thinking, that’s too late to visit a store because these people want to get off work in a timely manner. To which I say, I work in retail and I know for a fact that you give customers a verbal notice of closure 10 - 15 minutes before closing and another notice at the 5 minute mark. As an employee, I can’t control who walks through that door no matter how much I want to go home. We lock doors at closing time and not a minute before. Not only does this type of behavior appear lazy but it is costing the Dollar Tree corporations money while they are paying out money to employees that rip a few minutes off the clock and still get paid for it. Not only do I think this establishment will fail in the next 5 years but I’ll make sure that my experience doesn’t fall on deaf ears.

Well I don't usually have bad things to say about Dollar Tree...but this one was very junky, things were all over the floor.....shelves and freezers were empty and we couldn't really find anything we were looking for!!The cashier didn't greet us because she was standing there on her phone....so I probably won't be back to this one👎👎GET IT TOGETHER..... PLEASE 😡

This was a good trip to 'Dollar 25¢ Tree' 😆 I was looking for a serving tray, so I asked the staff & he said it's some in these boxes waiting to be put out. Those were exactly what I was looking for & the right color, too.

A guy told me to come back tge next morning to get some bug baking pans I was there when they open they said they didn't have none went to dollar general and paid $19 for 5 pans 3.50 a piece when I could have used the rest of the change in dollar tree but they didn't have any

Well the service was better but I couldn't believe how filthy the store was. The sidewalk in front of the store had trash everywhere and the Isles inside had merchandise all on the floor. I really couldn't believe how nasty the store was. Couldn't believe I was in Byram.

Before leaving my home, I looked up the closing times. They were closing in 30 mins(9:00pm) but it only took me about 5 mins to get there. Upon arrival (8:40pm), the doors were LOCKED. There was a guy counting the register down. He saw me at the door and said NOTHING!

This store is in such disarray I thought they were going out of business. Shelves empty and strewn, stuff all over the floor ...how can anyone expect to do business like this? Byram deserves better.

I really enjoyed my visit at Dollar Tree in Byram Mississippi, the array of items they have and only one Buck each, you can't beat that with a baseball bat, pun intended LOL

Online said closed at 10 pm arrived at 9:27 door was locked with open since still saying open. Have seen numerous reviews this store closes early. Very disappointing. Corporate should look into this.
