Love digging for treasures in Dirt Cheap! Its not everyone's thing, but I enjoy a good deal! Only complaint was the cashier was very rude because it was 5 til closing and she had 3 people in her line still to checkout. I understand everybody is ready to go home at the end of their shift, but making nasty comments to the customers isn't necessary and is just bad business.

I used to love this place and I still like it and enjoy my visits although it seems they have went up on the prices so basically they are the same prices as if you went to the original store. I've even seen prices for items that were more than at the original store even after dirt cheap discount

It was very dirty! Several workers standn up front talkn with a long line waitn to checkout. Stuff spilled on floor left there and dried. Bathrooms HORRIBLE!!! That one store needs better management cuz it is very nasty n there. Definitely need to check ur stuff b4 u leave we bought a tent and got home with it and it had cigarette butt all n it and cigarette burn holes n the bottom of tent and molded. It had been used never would have thought that. Plz check ur stuff!

Amory store is horrible! Stuff thrown n floors and most everything torn n2 and left layn there. Sheets and pillowcases and blankets thrown around on the floor etc. It looks like it's cleaned every few months. I understand it's all returns torn packages etc but completely pulled out of packages and thrown around??!!! Employees definitely don't do their job. Pictures they post on top of their page is one time thing. It most DEFINITELY does not look like that. I read all these reviews but not true. It's a very filthy store!!!

Keeping in mind, this is a surplus / department store return store...This was the filthiest, most disorganized Dirt Cheap store I've ever been to. The amount of obviously broken beyond salvage items on the shelves was remarkable. Part of the store was blocked off due to water leakage (it was raining outside).I love a bargain as much as much as the next guy and have purchased from the Tupelo store several times I however will not return to this branch. Buyer beware.

PLEASE CHECK PRICES ON YOUR PHONE BEFORE PURCHASING!!!! I used to love coming here but recently I went to purchase a fan marked for $90 and online it was $45! I found a snowflake laser light for Christmas I wanted and it was marked for $200, and its only $29.99 new at Walgreens!!!! I took pictures of the Dirt Cheap item and the new online item to show the comparison but this site won't let me add pictures. PLEASE BEWARE

They really do have a bit of everything. Takes patience digging through the shelves and bins. Always open each box to ensure all of the parts are there and test anything electrical. If you like bargains, you will love this place.

This store is therapy for me! The first time I had any issue. A lady in the Amory store removed a price list after my daughter and I told her about the percentage off an item. I was checked out by another cashier that applied that percentage to my items. My daughter didnt purchase her items. I went to go take a picture of the signs and they had all been removed. I'm so not happy about that!

Very disappointed at the dirt cheap IN Amory MS. When they first open it was clean and prices were good. Now it seems as everything stays a mess and the prices keep getting higher and higher. If you don't watch what your buying you will end up paying more for it than what you would fir it full price in a normal retail store. Also there are a lot of broken, non working, missing pieces you mill kiss if you don't try the item out first.

When this store first opened, you could always find a great deal. Now, it's been bought out by another parent company and the deals aren't all that great. I've found a few things in the recent months, but nothing like I used to. Bedding has gone up astronomically, whereas I used to be able to buy a blanket for $12, it's hard to catch it below $20 or $30 now. I miss the old Dirt Cheap. Also, if you aren't careful, they will mark up to mark down. I saw items in store the last time I was there that I had personally purchased that were marked up to be marked down to MSRP. BE CAREFUL.

Very run down and messy. Its difficult to maneuver a buggy around the store. If you're willing to dig in, you can usually find a good deal though. Found my favorite boots there!

Store price have got to high for a dirt cheap start out pretty good but you might as well go to the other miss using the words dirt cheap do you know what the word is yourself think about dirt cheap not dirt alright price thing brook no exception on the price, items not full no exception make me wonder do you really know what dirt cheap mean I truly hope and pray that this help who ever through of the name dirt cheap

Amory Dirt Cheap is soooooooo much better than any of the others I have been to! The store is actually clean and organized so people can shop! The one in Tupelo is horrible I get nervous just walking through the doors because it is such a wreck. Finding anything is almost impossible and 99%of the time you can't get down the aisles for all the junk in the way. Not to mention every employee I have ever encountered is so rude and act like you are bothering them if you come in!

Im sure there are those in search of bargains who love this place. I actually found some curtain rods at a great price.That being said, a great deal of merchandise marked 50 per cent off was still higher than can be found at Walmart brand new. The store is filthy and in utter disarray. It smells. Employees arent helpful or particularly friendly.If you need something in particular and you know for certain its in stock, it can be a productive visit. If youre just browsing, dumpster diving is a better idea.

This store is ridiculous.. I bought a lamp at the store in Tupelo for $10.. A month later my nephew broke it.. Went in Amory Dirt Cheap, found the same lamp for $37 and 50% off.. Really?! Absurd.. The first one was in a box and second one wasn't and had a scratch..

Worst run establishment around - after a visit to this store and a large purchase, my mother returned into the store realizing that an item was cheaper than expected and wanted to purchase a few more of the items. The cashier asked my mother to leave her PURCHASED and PAID FOR bags/items at the cashier's desk while she returned to the store. When my mother returned, the cashier had mistakenly given the bags away. My mother proceeds to inquire where her purchased items are; however, the cashier seemed very apathetic and returned to her business not paying much attention to my mother. After contacting the manager in the store "SHAWN", we were told (after roughly an hour of waiting for a resolve) that SHAWN would have to forward the video surveillance to an investigator; however, when prompted to inquire as to the transaction history and digital receipts (because lets face it we live in modern-day America where these things are easily verifiable with the click of a mouse), SHAWN again told us that he had forwarded the issue to someone else.Upon leaving, we have been in contact multiple times with Dirt Cheap's corporate office - if you can even call a poorly staffed warehouse building a "corporate office". We have yet to be met with professionalism or ethical dealings from this sort of establishment. "JERICAH" from the corporate office was immensely rude and no help at all - she works at the front desk. Apparently, this "corporate office" does not schedule or staff a customer service department.Moral of the story: DO NOT SHOP HERE. This establishment which has roots in Hattiesburg, MS, is little more than an ethically-challenged, dilapidated hole-in-the-wall. Save your time and money and shop at a real business that cares about the products and services offered - and more-so the clientele that keep the lights on.

Brandon at the Armory, MS store, went out of his way to get my son's birthday gift (cell phone) to me as fast as possible. He made a chronically ill teen whose only way of socializing is via the internet or cell phone very, VERY happy. I highly recommend this establishment! 1000 stars!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Workers always follow me around and seem very miserable to be thete also they act like you are just bombarding them and using up their precious time even if you dont ask for help wiyh anything. Also everything is so so so unorganized but thr prices you cannot beat them

It sucked. The men's clothes section was mostly women's clothing, they had very little mens clothes. I asked for help and was told this what it is. No help. And it wasn't dirt cheap either.
