Dairy Kream screwed up at ever single burger I ordered from them on 3/26. A $52 order and every single burger was WET they were so soggy!! Fries hard and cold! We get our food at 12 minutes before 8 after having called a whole hour and 25 minutes beforehand. By the time we got home and actually TRIED eating the burgers we called back. NO ANSWER! Called 3/27 to tell him what happened, I said it was $52! If you can replace at least THREE of the burgers then even that would be fine. He said OK. CALL ME WHEN YOURE READY FOR THEM! Called to tell him we were ready, ANOTHER GUY SAYS. “ WE DONT REPLACE BURGERS. YOU GOTTA BRING THEM THE SAME NIGHT!” # baaadcussword WE DID TRY TO BRING THEM BACK! YALL WAS CLOSED OBVIOUSLY! I won’t spend another crying PENNY at your establishment! And I sincerely pray to God that the new one next door take y’all completely out the game!!!MAD A$$ WOMAN!!!!

Excellent experience and food was prepared fresh and after it was ordered. Staff was personable, friendly, and got the order correct…which is extremely rare for fast-food restaurants. I’d think if this place not as fast-food, but as good food fast!

I haven’t been to this place in years. Decided to stop by and take my baby girl. Let me just say I WILL NEVER STEP FOIT BACK IN THAT PLACE. We waited for a good 10 minutes for them to take our order. They walked straight passed us and even looked at us and never acknowledged us. Another group of people walk in and they straight took their order. So we left and will never be back. TERRIBLE

This restaurant is one of my most favorite places to eat in Amory, Ms. The food is always great. All the people who work there are always friendly and respectful. They have inside seating, outside picnic tables, and a pickup window for people who are looking to carry their food with them. I don't eat there every day but I could it's that good.Thanks, Dairy Kream

Terrible service and food!!!!!!!! Fries were stale and burgers were not made the way I ordered. Called to talk to the manager and he was very rude. This is the worst service I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend to my dead dog. I asked if I could bring it back and he got an attitude and continued to be rude. If I could give less than 1 star I'd give 1 million NEGATIVES!!

The server that waited on us was great! She deserves 5 stars!!! She was friendly, efficient, kind and professional. The owner however sent a different vibe altogether.This business is lucky to have her. Unlike management she doesnt radiate a racist vibe. I will refrain from using her name as I will not jeopardize her peace and solitude in her workplace. She's beautiful inside and out! This establishment needs her!!!

Really enjoyed it! Good little old school cheeseburger and milkshake joint. Order came out perfect and fast at 7pm on a full Friday night. We will be back even though we live 40 minutes away.

Great little place, I had the hamburger steak. It was delicious. The place stays busy especially at lunch so plan to spend a few extra mins. Call ins give them a lot of business.

Ice cream was ok but the cone was stale. Hotdog looked like someone vomited on it and it had dried but tasted ok. Looked like they just popped it in the microwave and it got all crusted and bubbly on the outside. Didn’t have relish. No prices listed on their board. Small plain hamburger was way overpriced. Over $3. Just went to McDonalds and got one for $1.39.

Their website says they close at nine and I called at 8:50 to order a burger and they wasn't taking any orders... I told the woman their website says they close at 9 and she said yes but we cut the grill of at 8:45?! Like what!? If you close at 9 then you close at 9. Not 8:45!!!! I was furious!!!! Wether I want to order a burger at 5, 8 or 8:59, me being a customer should not be turned down just because they don't want to stay too late past 9!!!

The young girl who took our order repeated it back to us, for 3 steak sandwiches and 4 shakes. There were 4 of us. Then when the other young girl delivered the order we sat waiting for the other sandwich along with the other milkshake. We were then informed "you only ordered 2 sandwiches!" We all told her yes we did, you even repeated it. So we went ahead and paid for another sandwich. While waiting for our sandwich, another couple of customers came to the window with the exact same complaint. The same young girl (cashier) didn't ring up and order the 3 sandwich from the kitchen.Other than the problems with the young girls working the cash register being to preoccupied to pay attention to what they are doing. The food was good.

The food is great and fresh but Denying a customer food 25 mins before you close is uncalled for I am a diabetic and my sugar was getting low so I stopped in to grab some "FRIES" and at the time it was only 8:35pm and they don't close until 9pm not only was I denied food all they would offer me was ice cream and I can't have that kind of sweet food because i am diabetic... Wow these young workers need to learn the importance of their customers service... In the mean time my sugar level was 62 and dropping and that is very dangerous...

Local joint with great burgers. Only catch is they never get our order correct the first time. If they did they would have a much higher score.
