The First Lady I spoke with was rude and unwilling to help me find the best price of either the Good RX Gold or regular Good RX she stated she can’t be running multiple cards. I then called back and Emily picked up. Her voice was friendly and she was able to help me very smoothly. I loved her customer service 😊 THANK YOU EMILY!!!!

Terrible billing service. Stood there for over 45 minutes. Just unbelievable how rude billing is. The regular counter folks are great. But it would be nice if billing was not so rude and actual talked to you as a person.I will be transferring elsewhere.

The staff don't pay attention and don't seem to care about their jobs. Expect to stand at an empty counter and be ignored for a while.
