Cashier is a rude son of a gun I can bet you that, he denied giving me a refund, and at the same he took 5 dollars from my account which I should have only paid for 2.50, terrible experience with dollar tree and your staff needs to be checked out because they ain't doing there job right, oh and cashier was a male with glasses and looked like he didn't even care about my problems with it rlbeing resolved

Great experience able to see what I needed to get very accessible and good prices, Mike the New Manager in Waseca is very rude to his employees even though still doing their jobs. having conversations with customers, Mike will tell a customer that his employees have to work without conversation Mike well interrupts conversation between customer and employee making customer feel unwelcomed. Mike should know that customer happiness is success in a business also happiness for employees increase work performance. To tell a customer they have to pay for their item and stop shopping and need to leave is one of the worst things a manager can do to the company and to customer Who's been a customer for that store for over 10 yrs makes that customer feel like you no longer want to shop at the dollar tree. He is no longer the manager in Waseca and now the dollar tree feels welcoming again.

The manager is super nice, as are the two male cashiers. The store was clean and organized today. Lots of cute items to choose from. A pleasant experience.

This Dollar Tree has had to adjust its operating hours due to short staffing, fine. However, if it states that you’re open until 5pm, don’t have the doors locked at 4:50. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible business.

My check out lady was very friendly today! This is usually not the case when I go in, most of the time I barely get spoken to and treated as if I am an inconvenience.Nice experience today!

I have shopped at the Waseca, MN Dollar Tree twice in the last two weeks. A sign on the entry door states you must wear a mask while shopping. Each time I was in the store the same female employee was not wearing a mask. The 1st time she was stocking shelves, the 2nd time she was at the register checking out customers.

Well it is a pretty nice place but I got kicked out because I was having an asthma attack and she said I was messing around so when my cousin and I went up to her she said didn’t believe us and kicked us out
