Had a great time! I’m terrible at riding bikes and this bike was super easy to understand and use. I chose the paved waterfall trail. I really enjoyed the view of Carlton Peak just a little north of the Temperance River gorge. It’s easy to miss but it’ll be on your left when you first set off towards Tofte. Will definitely be back to try another section. Thanks!

Rented 4 bikes to go up to Carlton Peak. We had so much fun. Customer service was great. Well organized and an easy process. They provided helmets and gloves (it was a little chilly). My only complaint is that the time went by way to fast! We all agreed that next time it would be worth doing the 3-4 hour trip.

We did the Mt Carlton ride, myself and my two boys. It was an awesome experience all around. Online reservation/waivers was simple and gave us more time to ride at our start time. My son had been wanting to try a Super 73 off-roading after riding a friend's bike recently. The trail was a blast, and it was great to do some on road and on the gravel road up to the hike. We made it to Coho Cafe after we hiked to the summit to stop for a snack and a beverage. Looking forward to doing it again!

My wife and I enjoyed our experience with the E-bikes. Cory was friendly and walked us through operation of the e-bikes. The bikes were easy to ride and made the 15 mile route fun. We even stopped at Coho cafe for a nice lunch on our way back. We will definitely do this again.

SO fun. we did the Carlton Peak route & it was amazing. perfect mix of relaxing & exciting. with a little hiking at the top and amazing views. highly recommend!!

If you've never rented an e-bike before, this is the perfect way to give it a try. It's extremely easy, enjoyable, and relaxing. It was amazing to see all the beautiful fall colors during our ride. I would definitely do it again, 10/10.Additionally, the person managing the place was exceptionally friendly and helpful. 😊

Great guy working it, bikes felt sturdy/reliable, and battery lasted over 24 miles! Great time all around. Inclusive for plus size folks too & big helmets if that’s a concern!

Great way to spend the day exploring! Staff was awesome and the bikes are new and powerful. We did this at the last minute and decided to call to reserve the bikes. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We rented a couple of bikes at the Schroeder location to ride on the Gitchi Gami trail and had an absolute blast. I haven't seen E-bikes like these before but they were incredibly fun to ride. Cory was very friendly and helpful getting us setup and giving directions for where to ride. Will probably try one of the offroad routes next time we are up this way.

The experience from the get go was phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend Electric Trails to anyone. Great staff! If you love to hike and don’t want to be tired after a long ride…,this place is for you! The bikes are awesome! Would love to try the off road excursion next time we are up here. Do not hesitate to try this place. It’s all the fun of biking without the hard work! We rode about 18 miles round trip and hardly broke a sweat. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing experience! Highly recommend the mountain e-bike trail experience. It was a great way to see the fall leaf changing. Never road an e-bike before, the staff made me feel comfortable and confident in operating my bike. Staff is kind and friendly. Great access to trailheads and paved trails.

We visited Grand Marias recently, and renting an ebike with Electric Trails was the highlight of our vacation! I honestly cannot remember ever having more fun in my life! After riding these for less than an hour we were convinced that we need to own some ourselves.The company was accommodating and Bryan who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made our experience beyond awesome!Booking on their website was easy and convenient! You just pick your date and how long you would like to rent.When we visit again this will definitely be on our list of things to do! 10 out 10 would do again!

The highlight of our North Shore trip! Monday, July 31, we did the Carlton Peak tour because we wanted a mix of paved and off-road which sounded like just the right challenge level for a first-time electric bike rider. Cory explained the bikes and fitted us with helmets and, after a few clumsy circles around the parking lot, we were on our way. The paved part is first and by the time we got to the gravel portion, we felt comfortable maneuvering the sometimes-rough trail but that was part of the fun! Carlton and Tofte peaks are so worth the short off-bike hiking trails. It was a thrill to race down the trail on our way back. You don't have to be athletic or even an experienced rider to get the hang of this and enjoy the ride. We would definitely do this again and even discussed possibly getting electric bikes of our own. So much fun!

This was the first time my husband and I have had the chance to ride the Super 73 bikes and they did not disappoint! So much fun, I don’t think I can go back to riding a normal bike. The rental process was easy and the prices were very reasonable for what you get. The man at the shop, Tim, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes. Definitely recommend!

"We truly enjoyed our experience with the Electric Trails bicycle!" This was our first time on them and we loved them and will be buying two for sure. the service at electric trails was awesome and Tim was very knowledge in has bikes and the trails we were going to ride, we even called him on the trail for direction and he help us find where we were going. If we don't buy them by next year we will use electric trails service again. Thanks Tim for a awesome adventure.

We rented 4 bikes this past week. What a fun adventure! We had novice to advanced bikers. Bikes were easy to navigate and the trails beautiful. We highly recommend renting from the team here. Great customer service! We will be back next year!

We had a blast renting four bikes for the Wolfshead Adventure! Tim was super helpful in getting us set up and ready to go. The bikes were incredible on the trail and the route offered us a nice mixture of obstacles, straightaways, and beautiful nature. I would highly recommend Electric Trails to anyone looking for a fun outdoor activity on the North Shore!

Had a great time. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Did great job explaining the bikes and showing us the trail and setting us up with the app to follow the trail. The bikes were fun to use and we had a blast. This is one of the best ways to take in the lake views. Definitely adding this our annual trip activities.

This place is the model for great customer service, superior product and above all great people to work with. Tim, his wife and their new puppy were so kind and patient with my wife and I as we embarked on our first E bike ride! We had an absolute blast and will definitely be renting again in our next trip back to the. North Shore. Highly recommend!!!

I truly enjoyed my experience with the Electric Trails bicycle! As a first time user I was a little tentative, but we were given clear instructions on how to ride the bike and follow the trails. I did some pedaling but using the motor was the most fun! I highly recommend the Electric Trails experience!

We had a great experience as beginners. Seats are comfortable. Bike is easy to handle for middle age. The trail was easy to follow; we made it to the Onion River and back in 2 hours.

What a great way to spend a couple hours on the north shore. The bikes are nice quality and easy to ride. Tim got us all set up with riding tips and how to navigate the trails. It all was really simple. I would highly recommend checking this place out. 10 out of 10. And the merch is cool too!

Super fun couple of hours!Friendly service. Sturdy off-road e-bikes.Our youngest rider was 12 our oldest rider was 57; it was comfortable and manageable by everyone.We did off-road and paved-road too.Two hours was more than enough.
