From the moment I walked in I was very impressed! They took wonderful care of our dog and showed compassion during their service. Brenda has an absolute top knotch grooming establishment here! ALL pets are treated with respect, love, and to an excellent spa experience. The products used for bathing and grooming are made from pure, quailty ingredients. Brenda's grooming skills are impeccable, as well as her other groomers. This place is amazing and I highly recommend!

I was a walk in, so I went in to get my dogs ears plucked and cleaned and the lady here did a great job and it was quick less than 5 minutes I would say price was reasonable about $15.So far I would recommend, next time he needs to be groomed I will come here and try it out.

Such a great experience! We needed a hair cut in a pinch and they worked with me to get her in right away. Top quality work at a reasonable price. She even gave my girl some Halloween treats to bring home after her cut.

I brought my very active Australian Shepherd here to be groomed & he has never smelled or looked better!! This was my first time coming here and most definitely will be coming back. Very nice people and informative on what they are doing. Highly recommend coming here!

Had a great experience for our first time groom appt. I was super pleased with my dogs cut and full groom. They listened to me and were helpful in answering questions I had about things I can keep up with at home. Will definitely be going back in the future. They are very conveniently located for us as well!

Nice staff personal touch has gone way down.. .prices gone way up. Looking for a new groomer.***edit** MY screen name is different , ofcourse I have the right groomer. No shade, things have changed and we won't be back. Everyone is nice, my pup loves it there but like I said, cost have gone up and it feels more like business than family. Nothing wrong with that, you guys are growing and it is a business so run it. I personally have not been satisfied the last 2 times and there won't be a third. You do good work just not for me.anymore. stay blessed 🙌

Setting up the appointment was easy but the woman at the front desk was very snarky. We were also not informed of the required documentation before our appointment causing us to cancel and pay a $50 fee. Providing more clarity over the phone and improving customer service would be greatly appreciated.

Our St. Bernard looks great! But when I went to pay, it was way more than I expected. When I looked up the prices it stated less than what I actually had to pay. They said that they just updated their prices, but have not updated the site yet. They also stated that payment was due in full upon picking up and I couldn't get my dog until I pay. Thankfully they took down my info to charge the remaining balance on a later date. They should inform other customers of their prices prior to the appointment or at drop off.

Make sure to make your appointment - they now only offer "text" reminders. I was told I would get a phone call reminder but that didn't happen. The owner told me "she doesn't get reminders for her appointments" but yet they DO offer a reminder, but just through text. Becky is a great groomer, but I'm afraid I'll have to take our dog elsewhere... what a shame.

We had been looking for a new groomer and Today was our dogs first visit! First of all the day I called to ask about services and make appointment it was such a pleasure to talk to such a friendly voice. A friendly smiling personality goes a long way. I felt very comfortable bringing my dog there. Our dog had a maintenance cut and bath and it’s the best he has ever looked!

These girls are the best! I have been bringing my 4 girls here for years, even before it was Purrfect Paws, but the same girls and now I only have 3 girls left. They always make appts work for me and bringing all 3 in, their prices are the best in town and they do a marvelous job. You can tell, they literally care. I've been to plenty of other grooming places over the years because I have always had dogs and these guys rank right up there #1 !! Try em out, I know you won't regret and this will be the place you keep coming back to.

Could NOT have been happier! Took my great dane to get groomed and even he seemed like he didn't notice me when I came to pick him up, he was so in love the staff! He was beautifully groomed..coat,nails,ears,glands the works for the most reasonable price I've ever found. He was even wearing a little necktie when I came to get him! Will definitely come here from now on🤩

I am so impressed with our experience with purrfect paws! My dogs both get very nervous for basic nails trims and they are so patient and make my girls feel safe and comfortable. They allowed me to go back with them and comfort them while they got their nails done. They also gifted us with some amazing homemade dog treats that my girls loved!

Friendly and accommodating! Usually able to do walk-in nail trims. Our dog is a little nervous about the dremel and they allow us to stand with him during his trims.Nice family owned company. We've been customers for about a year and will continue to go to Pampered Paws!

The 1st time I brought my Cairn Terrier, I was so happy! She was perfect! Today I was horrified. They used a clippers, she's way to short and nothing is even. Very disappointed. I'll find somewhere else. Could have done a better job myself.
