First time at this Dairy Queen...Had a fabulous experience. My daughter got a peanut buster parfait her first one ever, She loved it.I got one of my favorites the frozen hot chocolate, also perfectly made.The wonderful girls that worked at the front counter were nice courteous and Speedy with our frozen treats.Will definitely have to return to this Dairy Queen again 😁

Love my dilly bars! Cherry or butterscotch. Great low cal treat. Butterscotch sundaes are yum! They will make your Mister Misty freeze exactly how you want it. The servers are friendly and polite. Open late spring till fall. Get what you love

Last night my boyfriend who has been in the hospital/ICU for this past week had his first craving which was for a DQ cherry chocolate chip blizzard, so I went here and got one! The two young girls working were so sweet, and seemed excited to make the blizzards, before even knowing our story. Their positivity and happiness put a smile on my face, which was needed! They were perfect employees to have! Make sure they are thanked for their great work of customer service!Thank you!

I get the same blizzard every time I go to dq and this one location told me “we have everything to make that but we’re not allowed to” so I went to the red barn and they made it no problem. It’s not even complicated there’s 3 Ingredients.

The world needs more kindness, and I wish the young people working at the Sauk Rapids Dairy Queen would recognize that. It's wonderful to have this little DQ in the community, but the rude young people working there make me not want to return. There are other reviews about this same issue. Please take note of them. I sincerely hope this will be addressed.

This is a great Dairy Queen and always very busy in the summer. We visit every few weeks as a treat for accomplishments and special occasions. Even at the end of March, when we went most recently, there was a line several people long, ready to order ice cream - this place is POPULAR. The service is always fast, though, and the line doesn't take much time. The ice cream is excellent - typical fresh Dairy Queen fare. There is no indoor seating, but there are outdoor picnic tables, ample parking, and restrooms. One important note: this location closes every winter for several months. I am not sure of the exact dates when it closes for the winter season or reopens in the spring.

My friends and I were treated badly. The workers were very snarky and making fun of us right in front of our faces and made it known. Then the worker who gave me my ice cream aggressively gave me my ice cream. Terrible customer service wish I could give it ZERO STARS.

Food not bad but commonThese college or whatever boys working are like ordering from monkeys. They say one word each interaction and then stand around blabbing like school girls to each other....like customer service or just quit. I'd rather order from a machine and not have to pay a person.

Ordered a banana split and got one with a green banana. Couldn’t even cut the banana because it was so hard. Not ripe at all!!! Also ordered a Oreo dirt blizzard and got no gummy worms. Go to the other Dairy Queen in St Cloud. They are so much better and also faster.

Mini blizzards hit the spot!Dairy Queen never lets ya down. I tried one of the new flavor blizzards and loved it.Our pup loved his pup cup too with cone AND peanut butter sauce on it...

night staff is rude, stare and laugh at you. very obvious they don’t care because they will do it while you are staring directly at them. they have no social skills and don't even flip the ice cream upside down.

Bad costumer service. Will not help you on there app. Very rude. I do not recommend going to Dairy Queen at all go to Mr. Twisty and you get better ice cream and better deals. There twist is just two blobs of chocolate and vanilla. You can get a vanilla cone at Mc Donald that’s better. I hate this place. There blizzards are the only things that is good. The buster bar had very little fudge and nuts it was pathetic. Don’t waste your money at the Dumb Queen spend money on something valuable and worth it. This place is complete garbage!!!

Lines are long and it has alot to do with the slow service.Alot of visiting between the employees that makes the wait longer than it should be and just about every time I've gone and ordered the blizzard of the month they are out of ingredients.The ice cream was good but there are other dairy queens in the area to check out that will have the same

A great place to stop for a treat. The outdoor seating is limited. You can also sit in your car, but grab a few napkins just in case. Watching the cars go by on Benton Drive can be fun on a hot summer night.

Loud and irritating. While standing in line the overhead music was blasting Christian rock so loud we could barely think. Service was fast and efficient but the outside atmosphere quickly covered up anything good. Every car and train going by stopped any pleasent moment. And for some reason every car and gaint truck that pulled in felt the need to park with in six inches of people siding at our table. The dented bench didn't give off a feeling of safety. Maybe buffer the seating area a little.

No drive thru so the wait in line can be quite long. Otherwise the location was clean, ice cream wonderful, and pleasant hard working staff.

I love this dq! I've gone there a lot and love it! It's always quality treats and food! Just don't eat the chille dogs! I threw up after that! Haha but there ice cream and everything else is amazing! I don't like there hours though they should stay open later because that is when I always have the craving! But all in all, great place to be!

Bought the Mothers day cake, so good! Love the vintage feel of going up to the window to order like when I was a kid. Meet people and socialize more instead of sitting in a vehicle in a drive thru.

Very unprofessional workers. They were throwing ice cream at their coworkers and joking around. They didn’t want to serve us at all. We had to speak up to be served. They were all on their phone and taking photos and videos

When I went there it seemed like all they had working was snooty highschool students who were very rude! Terrible service! People who had came after me were being waited on first! I always thought it was first come first served! But not at this place! Will never go there again!

Although it's had a corporate driven facelift several years ago, the Dairy Queen in Sauk Rapids is an iconic part of the city fabric. It's one of a few remaining "walk-up" DQ outlets and well worth a stop to experience it's small-town charm.

Welcome back to Minnesota. Why is Iit every time I come back to Minnesota I head to DQ to get the Dilly I remember from my youth and instead end up with a Blizzard???
