They were indeed thorough as I had a front tire that started to jiggle/bounce and needed balancing. They discovered the rim was bent a bit and informed me of such. They informed me it would be ok on the tear so they rotated the tires. Rides very fine now.

I found the overall experience satisfactory. However, the lack of itemized invoices, quotes, and receipts was problematic. Clear documentation is essential for transparency and record-keeping. It was surprising to learn that Motorworks has a policy of not providing a detailed breakdown of parts and services and their respective prices, which differs from my past experiences with other repair shops.

I felt welcomed and informed during my entire visit. I do not know much about cars, but Motor Works in Sartell was able to break things down thoroughly for me. They were in consistent communication with me about the status on my car as well as what they were doing to solve the issue. They were also very fast and efficient. Amazing to deal with! I had on going problems for over 6 months and had brought my car elsewhere 3 times to have work done. Yet, everytime I left I still had this on going rattle sound that was unresolved. I finally discovered Motor Works in Sartell and they were able to get to the root of the issue with no problem and got it resolved. I wish I would have gone to them sooner, they look over the vehicle completely to let you know of any other issues as well. The prices are very reasonable, I definitely will be going here from now on.

Night & day difference between my experience with tires plus, they were sweet and kind and I was greeted with respect. They also offer a shuttle service which I think is so awesome to help you get to and from work! They also call to get the go ahead instead of just going ahead with said service. I was told I needed all my brakes and rotors replaced, come to find out I only needed my front brakes and rotors replaced which is also nice financially. I believe his name was Morty was who helped me from the moment I dropped my car off to calling and verifying for his technicians to work on my car and letting me know when it was done and if I needed a ride. I will 100% be bringing my car back for any repairs In the future!

My wife and I worked with Chad for our service. He was able to get us in the same day and fix our issue. Almost immediately. Even better, he did not charge us since the issue was relatively minor. Would recommend going to this place for the fats and friendly service.

Motor Works of Sartell is the best mechanic shop in the area. I’ve been to them twice now for major repairs and they were open with communication, up front with pricing, and kept me updated during the entire process.They do excellent work and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a honest mechanic.

Used to be a good shop. Now they just tack on an extra 500 dollars, yo everything, and I hope you don't notice. Brought my 2005 honda Element here. Was having issues with a leaking power steering pump. Fixed it for about 20 miles, and now it's back to the same issue. I have brought it in previously for oil leaks multiple times. Idk what they do, but it always ends up leaking about 5 minutes after leaving anyway. Pricing is absurd, 400 dollars for labor on a maybe 2 hour job is ridiculous

Highly recommend! My daughters car serpentine belt broke off and it was stranded, they were able to pick it asap and bring it to their shop to get fixed. I’ve been to a couple other places and I was amazed with how Motor Works thoroughly inspected her car and took pictures with attached descriptions of what was wrong. Car was fixed in a timely manner and everyone was so professional and nice.

The threads in my oil pan had been stripped almost smooth. I asked about a self tapping drain plug but after speaking with Paul I realized his idea on a better repair was much better. They did good work and I have seen no oil leakage since the repair. Paul is very personable and informative. He does an outstanding job at customer relations and dealing with customers.
