I’ve been bringing my dogs here for almost two years for grooming and nails. McKaela is amazing! She listens to any requests and my dogs love being with her-they are excited to be there and always tired when they get home from a great day getting dolled up and playing with their buddies. 🐾

I took my dog here about 6 months ago and still have not been able to get someone else to cut his nails since. He has always been good at getting his nails cut but after bringing him here he won’t let anyone touch his paws without nipping. My dog has been put on meds to make him more tolerable when this happens and still have not been able to find someone to cut them. The vet won’t even do it. I had talked to someone who I knew used to worked here and they had said they get rough with the dogs. My dog is traumatized by this place. I don’t recommend bringing your animal here ever.

Charlie did an incredible job grooming our 2 dogs! They came home beautiful, happy and tired! I think they had fun in the kennel free environment. We booked another appointment immediately!

Got charged $120 for not going to an appointment in which I called and was told I did not have one. So I didn't go with my cat. I was told I need to pay the $120 in order to keep my appointments for 3 dogs and a cat. No thank you, this was ridiculous and unnecessary. Been going for years it's a shame but will take my fur babies elsewhere.

Unquestionably the FINEST dog groomer in Central Minnesota! They have been voted as such 8 years in a row!I'm so very grateful to Kelly the owner for starting this business and treating me and my dogs so well! Fern is our amazing groomer and my two dogs just ADORE her!You cannot get better service from a groomer and they also do doggie daycare!

Talked to 2 different people there. Manager took her in herself.Basically gave her a wash and handed her over. Full price for a trim and nails as well as removal of Mats. She didn't do anything but do a light bath. Blamed my dog for being high anxiety.An old lady fixed everything for free and now does her monthly for 1/4 the cost, and a much better environment.

I have a new dog. Not too long ago I had brought my dog to Petsmart in St. Cloud. He was gone a few hours for a haircut and when we got him back, literally nothing was done. This time around we brought Finnigan to Knotty Paws and what a breath of fresh air that was. You get texts when your pet is ready. The staff seem excited to see your pet again. AND its cheaper than Pet Smart. My dog looks completely different "and its awesome". He got to interact with people in a positive way as well as with other dogs. I can't stress this enough. If you are looking for a great place to get a cooler summer cut for your dog, this is the place to do it hands down. Don't waste your money somewhere like Pet Smart because its a waste. Thank you Knotty Paws for getting Finn a bit cooler. He's stoked and so are we.

Our Standard Poodle, Blossom absolutely loves going to Knotty Paws. We are so happy that she enjoys going and Sarah does a fantastic job. We took her somewhere else because we couldn't get in at Knotty Paws and she hated it. We schedule way ahead of time now. She gets so excited when we get there. Will never take her anywhere else!This is an update as of 12/23 they do an excellent job but we are looking around because when we stated going it was under $100. now it’s $150. Yikes that’s a lot!!

I had high hopes for bringing my baby in for a bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning. My dog seemed happy during pick up (from playing with the other dogs), and I was happy with his clean fur. However, they did not clean his privates and skipped his ear cleaning (that I paid for). Also, most of his nails were frayed. I tried calling to bring him back in or receive a partial refund, but they said they would call me the following day. I never received a call back. I’m glad others have had pleasant experiences, according to their reviews, but I don’t plan on making the same mistake twice.

The wait list says it all! They took excellent care of my senior shih tzu. My baby was happy when she got home. Make sure you call at least 6 weeks out for an appointment.

I have a bearded collie, a VERY hairy dog. After 5 attempts at grooming at another local provider, I tried Knotty Paws. The big differences:1. Knotty Paws spent nearly 3 hours working on my dog. It was only 2.5 weeks since his last grooming, but despite daily brushing, my dog had far too many mats for me to deal with.2. Previous groomers spent as little as one hour and as much as 1 3/4 hours.3. Instead of cutting off the mats like the previous groomers, Knotty Paws combed them out with no discernible cutting.4. Knotty Paws was a bit less expensive.5. 3 weeks out I still can’t find any new mats.6. I didn’t know what I should expect from a good groomer. NOW I DO!!

They did a wonderful groom job on Keely and understood exactly what I wanted. The price was cheaper than what they quoted me, which is cheaper than everywhere else I called. She even got to play with the other dogs!

I love Knotty Paws! Sarah does a GREAT job on my pups and always gets them looking amazing. One of my dogs is very easy going and one is very high strung/anxious and she does so well with them both. I actually live in North Dakota and make sure to schedule with them every time I am visiting my family! Highly recommend, just make sure you book in advance because they do book out a ways!

First time at Knotty Paws. Everything was excellent. Staff was so friendly and efficient. They took 5 minutes to do a nail trim on our lab Duke that would have taken me multiple attempts over several days while sweating trying to wrestle him with saran wrap and peanut butter on my head!

Knotty Paws has been wonderful for our dog! She has some protectiveness and reactivity issues, and this place has been helpful. She goes to daycare a couple days a week, and they provide feedback on how she does there, so we can pass the information on to our vet. They are always kind and professional. Today, she had her first grooming and came home smelling fresh and clean, with an adorable scarf. We are thankful for Knotty Paws!

1st time bringing my kitty there. 1st time he's been to a groomer as well. He wasn't to happy but hopefully with routine visits he'll get better. The lady there handled him very well & got a few decorations on her arm. They seem very friendly & caring.Will definitely be back. 😁

As a frequent customer i would highly recommend.They won best grooming salon in Central MN for 2016. Knowledgable groomers that are very good to my dog. He was nervous the first time, but hes gotten a lot better since and actually enjoys going now. They always remember his name and keep up with how hes doing when i come in. Great prices and great results, and they keep my dog clean and happy!
