Heritage Village apartments is an excellent place to live! Alyssa in the office was very nice and helped me feel very welcome.She made this process a great experience. The apartments and common areas are very nice and clean. The grounds are safe and feel like home. I am glad to have made the decision to move here. I love the surrounding sartell area too. It's a win in my book!

Moved a couple of months ago and we have loved every second of living here! The community buildings and grounds are always kept clean and orderly; management is always very helpful, friendly and understanding; the apartments are modern and spacious without breaking your wallet; and the area is safe and quiet. Repairs, whether to the grounds, parking lot, water heaters or apartments, are always done in a timely and efficient manner. This community is definitely a great one to call home!

I moved in seven weeks ago. Alyssa answered all my questions and offered excellent advice to help make the transition as easy as possible. I really appreciate the quietness and cleanliness of the facility, as well as the security. Every staff member with whom I have had contact has been knowledgeable, skillful, helpful, and friendly. Our family has loved this apartment!! Not only is the building quiet and clean, but the apartment manager, Alyssa, is so friendly and made us feel welcomed and comfortable since the moment we got here! They are easy to get ahold of and the maintenance also does an amazing job shoveling/ snow blowing through the snow, making it easy to get places in the winter without lifting a finger!

I've been here for just about 2 months and I have no complaints! The property manager Alyssa is great and made my move in seamless. She also checked in with me after move in to see if I was having any problems. The grounds are kept well. I rarely hear noise from the hallway and the elevator ALWAYS works! Love having a secure building with FOB entrance as well.

Compared to other apartment around Sartell, Heritage Village was our top choice. From answering our inquiries, to transition process, we've been accommodated warmly by the property manager, Alyssa D. We are enjoying our stay here in the apartment, we use the playroom and entertainment room very often and the neighbors are also nice. 👌

I've lived in over 15 apartments in the last ten years and Heritage Village is top tier. The management is phenomenal, maintenance is incredibly quick and friendly, the floorplans are SO spacious and it's such a luxury being just down the road from a grocery store. The surrounding area is so nice to walk around as well and I'm incredibly happy here.

This is a great place to live! The apartment is spacious with high ceilings, the floor space of a small house and the largest kitchen I’ve ever seen in an apartment. Each apartment also has their own laundry room which is convenient. The rent is very reasonable and a space in the heated garage is very affordable as well. You can’t beat the location either, it’s incredibly quiet and relaxing. There are walking paths on every road in the area and they are lit all night long.Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this place. This is probably the most value you’ll get for an apartment in the grater St. Cloud metro area!

I have lived here for the past 6 years and have enjoyed it. There was a switch in management when the building was sold 5 years ago and that process was seamless for me. If ever there is a hiccup regarding somethings, Management has been rather understanding and tries to work with you as much as they can within reason. Maintenace does their best to keep things clean and fixed in a timely manner. Also willing to work you and your schedule. There have been a few things throughout the years that needed extra attention and if it's something that can be handled right away, it usually is. I've also enjoyed the fact that, they keep offering little things to their residents every month as an extra, like work out classes, cooking and painting. They've also done contests like door decorating and pet shout-outs. Sometimes it's the little things that make you appreciate where you live. When we had a large issue regarding the apartment, Alyssa went through the steps to help us through it. Was understanding and I felt that what needed to be done was, and now it seems the issue is not a problem for us anymore (fingers Crossed). With as many residents as this complex has, I do apricate their effort to keep things running. Like everything in life, are there things to complain about? Yes, but those are trivial and usually come after dealing with others and just wanting to complain. I've felt rather safe and at home while staying here and I usually recommend this place to others when they are looking.

I recently moved into Heritage Village and I have been very pleased with the building and staff. Alyssa was friendly and helpful in making our adjustment to our new home seamless and easy. Randy, building maintenance, was also very friendly and did a great job making some adjustment in our apartment. Love the dog friendly atmosphere too. I highly recommend :)

I lived there for 5 years, it started out great and the Community Director was great and never make you feel that you mean nothing but a number but then she left and a new Director took over. I won't say the director's name out of respect of her privacy but I would say she is just business. There no service no empathy for residents and in fact I was once told I can move out as she had plenty of people lined up to take my unit... This was in response to my effort to negotiate a lower increase to their outrageous increases on rent. A simple apology would have done the same but she had to say that to make you feel horrible and her to feel superior. They became all about money in last few years which is okay however you still need to value your residents especially when you are there for a long time. At move out they went back and charged on items that they cleared on my final walk thru because "She missed them the first time" I was also billed for items that were marked worn at the time of move in as the worn items got worse which of curse they will since they did not fixed them before me moving in. It is called ware and tear, they need to look it up lol. Apartments are built cheaply so things break easily and take wear and tear badly. They like the property back brand new despite handing over worn items. There is something called cost of doing business and reasonable wear and tear but they are not familiar with that at all. She charged for the carpet cleaning for a carpet that should be replaced as it was over 7 years old and mind you this was cheap lower quality carpet that should be changed which she may very well have done that but wanted to make any additional money from that she could. I called her boss and he was treat as he never bothered to return my calls. I left a few messages for him. Why would he after all I am a former resident that will make them no additional revenue. At the end, it is not just the facilities that matter, how you treat your resident when there are issues makes a big difference to theirlivingexperience. I had stayed at 70 plus years old properties and did not mind the lack of extra amenities as the people there had made it up but here from Maintenance to the higher ups were equally rude and it make sense as if the boss don't care why would the employees will. Just my few cents.....

It is a good place, safe, and quiet. However, there's some things that weren't convenient. Such as in winter during snow days you have to remove your car outside the parking lot for almost the whole day so they clean it. Also, when you move you have to expect to be charged more than your security deposit even if the apt have nothing wrong! We cleaned the whole apartment but they still charged us for apt cleaning $100, carpet cleaning $150, painting $125 and don't talk about the utilities.

We came from Puerto Rico. After days of searching we called the police station asking for a good place to live and they recommended to look in Sartell. We found this place. Alyssa is the person who helped us during the whole process and she was so kind, diligent and a facilitator. It took just few hours to know that we finally have a place to stay. The apartment is very cozy. The facilities are always kept clean. It is also a quiet place, that was we love the most. It has a spacious parking lot. We have been here for one month and we love living here and so far it has been a great experience. Don't doubt coming in and looked for a place, specially if you are a family person.

For a reasonable price you get a great location, it's less than a minute drive to Coborn's, with a House of Pizza, and Anejos right next to it among other convenient locations right in town. The parking garage is spacious and clean, the hallways are clean, the apartments are spacious and clean too. Alyssa was extremely helpful with the entire process of moving in, and has been a text away with advice on how to proceed every step of the way. There's a gym, a billiards room, and a party room you can schedule to use on the weekends for free. I don't have a single complaint about the place since I moved in, it's a great place to live.

She gave professional and timely service during our initial inquiry on the phone, the showing, the emails to get everything done that we needed to move in, and picking up the keys on move-in day. She is quick to respond, knowledgeable about the property, and a pleasure to work with. The place is spacious, clean, well cared, and offers plenty of parking.

I came from having an apartment management system that was not on location, took forever to respond, had voicemail full, and even moved into an apartment that should not have had a new resident move in. Heritage Village answered my phone calls right away or returned my phone calls promptly after leaving a voicemail. I see maintenance workers daily either cleaning the building, walking around with a tool box, or even watering plants. They are very helpful and prompt in their services and replying. I am very satisfied with them!

Heritage Village has been a wonderful place to live. It is very quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what I was looking for, but it is not far away from grocery stores or St. Cloud. The management staff are on top of any questions or concerns you might have, and any problems is solved quickly. I highly recommend Heritage Village for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, friendly apartment complex in Sartell.

Update: Got full deposit back aside from a mandated carpet cleaning that every apartment gets (~$100) and last month's utilities. Very happy with how easy the move out process was made for me in spite of the current times.Management and maintenance are both highly responsive. The complex is very clean. From a staffing point of view, they couldn't be doing a better job.The appliances in the apartment are good quality. Nothing feels too cheap. Because the building is over 10 years old now, there is noticable wear&tear throughout the kitchen (in my unit anyway). Cabinets are scuffed up, cut marks into the countertop, the floor is mildly beat up in areas.The noise can be problematic at times. I can hear noise vibrations from neighbor's TVs and stereos regularly, I have heard neighbors "getting it on" a few times, I can hear the neighbors above me stomping around to play with their dog, etc. I don't seem to hear dogs barking as much as I'd expect, which is nice.Be forewarned if you have a cat in the smaller 1 bedroom units that it will be difficult to find a place to put the litterbox.The surrounding neighborhood is nice. It's not an area where I'd worry about any crime happening. It's also in a location where you can get to a lot of places quickly.It may be a relatively costly complex, but it's worth it if you want to avoid the stressful aspects of renting. The only issue I've dealt with while living here is the noise.

If your looking for a new, clean, and quiet apartment to call home, this is your place. My one requirement when looking for a place to live was a clean and modern kitchen, and this place has it. The floor plans are very nice with generous space for even a one bedroom. The bathrooms, although not incredibly large, are very clean and more than enough for a single person.Also to note is the nicely kept outdoor area for dogs. As far as pets go, inside your apartment you rarely hear any dogs. The structure itself was obviously built well as you never hear anything from either side.As a side note, its been a pleasure to work with the landlord Nancy and even the apartment manager Ann. Both have been EXTREMELY accommodating and pleasant to work with, which can be a rare thing in apartment living.Free utilities aside from cable/internet is a huge plus.

I have lived here since 2017 and now my best friend lives here as well. I am so close to the local grocery store and gym. I am 12 minutes away from the mall and happening places in St. Cloud. I also adore the management here. They are friendly and genuinely wants your needs to be met. If I’ve ever had an issue with my plumbing, within the next working business day, they have the problem fixed!

Nice place to live, other than having a new company purchase the complex. Rent for us went up 20$ a month. Second, we have solar panels here and have never had to pay electricity, trash, water, etc. Now it's as though they don't matter. We all now have to share utilities. The main reason we moved here is so we don't have to pay those costs, yet they were slammed on us suddenly. This building was built on a swamp basically. The walls have seams splitting, the doors are uneven, the trim was nailed in with the wrong nails, the windows(which they finally fixed) were messed up (we had 2 windows fall, 1 hit the floor, 1 hit my pregnant wife at the time in the head, but didn't shatter) it costs extra money to have another air conditioner, and costs another 15 for a storage area(per month just like a/c). The building is slowly shifting from the ground it was built on, yet they want to charge more. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED A PLACE TO LIVE AND NO OTHER APARTMENT WILL ACCEPT YOU.Edit- I would like to say though, the community is great, Allison is a great manager, and maintenance is always on time and do a great job with what needs to be done. I can't only say bad things about this apartment.
