I’m very sad to have to post this, but I feel people need to know. I brought my dog in to get groomed by the lady who owns Fancy Fur but somehow I got her sister and she snipped my Yorkie’s dog ear after snipping it, she’s super glued it and brought the dog back to me. I had to bring her into the vet because her ear was still bleeding and I could not stop it. The lady told me she would cover all the vet expenses and so did the owner. It has been over two months, and I still have not been paid, I’m not asking to be paid for my time. I just want my vet paid for. I have been bringing my dog there for a while thinking they would stand behind it a little bit but I guess not. The vet was very upset that they put super glue on a dogs ear they owe me 300.00. I had to bring my yorkie with me to Florida like this and find a vet here to take out the stitches it was a lot of hassle for me and again all o asked for was to be reimbursed for the vet.

My cat "got friendly" with a skunk. Fancy Fur got me in quickly & gave Tom a "skunk bath." When I picked him up an hour later, there wasn't even a hint of skunk. AND they had a little chat with him about not playing with those black and white "kitties" again. Reasonable pricing. Friendly staff. Will use them again.

Do not believe what time they say they’ll be done with your animal. I was told to pick my dog up at 2pm and I am still here waiting at 3:20pm I can’t believe it’s taking this long.

Bad place. Took my cat in and she cut her on her thighs 3 times. And she says oops the razor went whacky. Never take your cat here. Never Never again.

Owner was able to get me in same day, allowed me to stay right next to my nervous cat, and the cut was done quickly. Price is good and not lots of loud barking dogs like you hear in stores like PetSmart etc.
