Alyssa is so friendly! I have one more favorite there, but I'm tired. I can't keep my eyes open. I will give you a whole page about her tomorrow. Good night

The customer service AKA the people that work there are the worst group of people to be employed under any entity of employment out there this is sad truth I apologize to those who work there that I get offended by this it's not meant to for that purpose it's meant to be heard to hopefully get the right ears to hear this because I know this is not the first notification about the status at this establishment called Walmart I used to enjoy going to Walmart for any purpose any reason just to get out of the house to go to Walmart and look around and buy something but if I need something Walmart it's like dreadful thought I dread going to Walmart I think God that it's not 24 hours anymore that the wife can't send me there to get whatever is necessary to buy it at that time of that day that week and now I can't thank you COVID that's the only good thing covid did to this world is close the 24-hour Walmart scenarios telling you people I dread going to Walmart now few minutes if it's something I'm looking forward to purchasing I dread if Walmart is the only place to buy it at or the convenient place due to closest or whatever reason why it has to be Walmart for the purchase I dread it every single time thank you Walmart for employing the worst of the worst quality of people or maybe it's the training or maybe it's all the above either way please do something I really don't like speaking like this when it comes to the human race but that quality of people blows my mind

The store itself looked clean. However, it's a very small store. The aisles are tight. It was very busy when we were there and there were just people everywhere. The cashier we had was friendly but seemed unable to run the computer system effectively, which slowed down the whole process she needed help from another team member several times.

So many issues with this store. It's been this way for a while but the last straw for me was walking out the door with my usual 250-300 dollars worth of groceries (weekly by the way)and getting bum rushed by an angry manager stating that I was stealing because I had several large items that were not bagged, I then had to literally point out the items on the receipt because she couldn't find them and then not even an apology after. I'd give them a zero star if that was an option.

Manager Mike doesn’t know how to do a return!?! Then after letting the customer service desk line pile up Jennifer comes in to save the day! Jennifer even offers to manager Mike to teach him how to do returns and he then walks away!?! Great leadership.

Ordered and picked up my groceries. The picker was really good finding everything that I was looking for and substituting products that needed with perfect subs.Delivery to the vehicle was flawless and it all helped me bring a task down from 2 hours to 30 min.

At self check out, while I was loading my goods on the belt, I got a paper cut! Ouch! My son asked why I stopped helping and mentioned to him that my paper cut was bleeding. I was trying to look for some in my purse to sooth the cut. Anyway Tomooko the self check cashier over heard us and she with out me asking said I will get you a bandaid with a caring smile! I said thank you with relief! She quickly got the bandaid and handed it to me and all fixed up and I can continue on. I really appreciate her swift customer service! Thank you again Tomooko! 😊😇

Confronted by an associate at self checkout, questioning why I didn't pay for my EMPTY refillable water jugs that I brought FROM HOME. The water station had a visible "Out of Order" sign, so I walked over to the water isle, then purchased 5x one-gallon jugs of water at self checkout to have water for home. She accused me of mis-scanning the price of the 5 gallon empty jugs that I wasn't even paying for (because they were EMPTY, MINE & came from HOME) as 1 gallon jugs. To get confronted over WATER, a basic human right, is a huge insult. The associate confronting me over what she believed was a "$4.35 theft" for a multi billion dollar company sure made Walmart proud. Why have hundreds of cameras and force the use of self checkout if you're not going to trust your customers? Just to have an associate confront, falsely accuse and cause embarrassment for customers? Also giving 1-star because whenever I purchase baby formula or anything locked within a glass case, I am stuck waiting an average of 5-10 minutes. I will see coworkers gossiping amongst themselves and I'll ask for assistance and I have been told "Yeah, yeah, they heard you when you pressed the button. Someone will help you soon" while they continue to stand and do nothing. Lastly, usually there are several associates stocking shelves and typically get really passive aggressive with you when you ask if you could grab something that they/their large carts are blocking. Maybe bring back the option to work overnights for stocking shelves and pay those employees a shift differential and livable wage?? Win for the customers, win for the employees.

I'm giving Princeton Walmart 2 stars because every time I am there; they are usually out of stock on many things that I need. But most importantly, the staff is far from being helpful. They come off very rude. This past week has been the worst of all. I've been there 3 times and every single time, I have encountered very rude employees. No one willing to help. And if they have to help you, they become rude. It's unfortunate. If they don't like working there, get a new job.. maybe not in customer service.

I like going to this Walmart because they rarely run out of stock of the items I buy, it's very clean and the staff is helpful when needed. Some reasons I didn't rate it 5 stars:Self checkouts are not always open in the morning and there may be only one cashier available. Not convenient to get in and out in the morning.No Deli or automotive center like Elk River or Cambridge. Obviously a complex and expensive venture, but it would absolutely pay off to have these amenities available.A more recent observation: employees are practically begging for 5 star ratings. Why? If I have a good shopping experience, I'll give a good rating. There is no need to pressure the customer into doing that, it's very off putting to the shopping experience.

They only ever have 1 regester open. If you go here I hope you like self checkout. Spoke to manager "jake" they were sympathetic but basically told me corporate won't let them have more cashiers.

Always a busy place. Finding many of the workers are kinda rude (especially one of the females in automotive!!) and not very knowledgeable in the section they are assigned to. Shelves are often bare. Just not as clean, organized and friendly as it once was. Very disappointing.

Did the grocery pick up my hot dogs were 1 my month expired. Then they forgot to put my $20 hamburger in the pick up a long with Chex mix . I paid for it but it was not there. When I called explained it was for our BBQ that night that it was forgtten they didn't have me come back and get it. they told me to call customer care and I'll get a refund in 10 days I feel that was an unacceptable inconvenient resolution. Maybe having an adult working with the young kids and teaching them how to look at dates and at the list of items would help things go smoother for everyone. I know everyone's working hard people are short staffed. But this can't keep happening.

My family and I shop here for most of our grocery shopping. More for your $ Buck $. I like to shop where everything is in one place. Clothes, groceries, vitamins, and shampoo. No more running to different stores to get what I need. They have friendly people working at the Princeton store. Thank you, walmart employees, for your services & friendliness.

I love Walmart. I do believe in supporting my local small businesses but many of the small businesses in my town(not Princeton) practice price gouging. I would tolerate that if the employees were polite but the few businesses I go to (if I don't feel like driving to Walmart) seem to run by very rude people. Of course they're not all rude by I'd say over half. I've never really had anyone be rude at Walmart.

I was in a hurry to get new photos of my baby nephew printed before my brother and sister in law came (because I hadn’t done that yet oops) and the photo center staff were very friendly and helped me get my pics figured out. I was having difficulty with my pictures to do instant print because of the size so the worker told me I could do a one hour print and since no one was there it should be about 10 minutes. And it was, and the pictures turned out beautiful and I pulled off a miracle! Thanks Walmart :)

Staff is friendly and helpful, seems like this locstion has less than others. Employees need to let cashiers work when its busy and there is a line. Would also be nice if Employees watched where they were going, every time im there they walk into me, ive been hit my pallet Jacks, and people. Pretty crazy how often.

This store gets worse by the day. All their meats have a nasty funk to them. Some of the food is moldy and old. You shouldn't have to check expiration date at a store like this. Even if the dates say they are good some of the stuff taste old. There is never any stock to anything. Stuff is just thrown on the shelves. Walmart corporate needs to do something about this store

Pricing fits my budget but a lot of items are not available as of late...seeing more empty shelves. Unsure if products are limited or a shortage...which is concerning. I can remember from my economics class in high school...limiting goods to be sold, increases the demand, therefore increasing company profits. So in reality this just could be Walmart playing us with the old supply and demand game...motivating for higher financial gains.

The store was unkept, and out of a lot of products. As we shopped we found many food products opened, some even beginning to mold throughout the store. The staff lacked customer service skills to say the least. This store used to provide a nice shopping experience, that is no longer the case.

There is 1 cashier that knows me by name and 3 others that recognize me and my kids and the 4 are so kind and fun i look to see if they're working and will wait in line to chat.
