We brought our dog here for her first ever grooming. . Our dog is a golden mix with lots of hair and we wanted a short cut for summer which was a big job We weren’t sure how she would do but Katherine was so patient and gentle with her and spent 3+ hours grooming her.. Not only did she look great she smelled great too.

If anyone needs their lil fur babies need an amazing groomer, I recommend calling Kat at "Kat Paws & Claws" in Princeton MN! She's extremely quick with scheduling appointments. I gave her a call on Friday and she got me in today. In the past we used an Elk River groomer who had limited availability, first available appointment was 2+ weeks booked out. We also paid less per dog then we would have anywhere else. Kat gave them the full treatment: baths, hair cut, nails trimmed, and a cute lil Valentine's day bow for the road! The best part about going to Kat was the way she treated my Twins! 💕 My dogs were extremely happy, she truly loves what she does. Thanks again Kat!!

*She did offer to have my dogs come back for a de shed or to give me some of my money back. I did really appreciate her offer.DO NOT BRING HAIRY BIG DOGS HERE! I have a German shepherd and a lab mix that both have hairy thicker coats. I had called weeks ago to make an appointment for at noon today. When I had gotten there no one was answering door so I called and she thought it was Tuesday instead of Monday so she wasn't prepared for my appointment. I left my dogs there and she said it would be about 4 hours. I didn't get them back until 7 hours later! She said she was training and because my Shepard had so much hair it took longer. Which I can understand but when I arrived her trainee wasn't there. What makes me the most upset is that my dogs still have plenty of loose hair coming off their coats. Their nails barely looked trimmed. She made the comment that they don't like their nails being done which I know and is the reason why I brought them to a professional. Well least what I thought was a professional. I'm sure she does great with little dogs but when I made my appointment she asked what breeds my dogs where and I told her. Just save your money and go somewhere else if you have bigger breeds.

Our dog is a rambunctious 6 year old wire haired griffon. He's never been to a groomer and Kat was able to schedule us in quickly, she did a great job and was very reasonably priced. We'll be back.

I would not bring my dog there. We did and never again. Our dog did not eat or drink anything for about a week. Our dog was having a croupy cough for a few days. She had it when we picked her up and ajar said this was normal. I believe something happened like maybe she was left alone on that table with a leash and slipped off the table and may have been hanging for a bit, long enough to cause these issues. Fortunately our dog survived but we weren’t sure if she was going to make it. I did call Kat to ask her what happened and she said ‘ let me think about it’ so I know something happened. She said if I needed to bring her to the vet she would cover the vet costs. I know things can happen but that place was a mess and I also had to call when I got there because she wasn’t around. She eventually did answer the door.. I should have turned around at that point !

Kat is THE BEST groomer my cat has ever been to! She did such a wonderful job on diesel and was very kind and sweet and also was very quick to schedule and get him in. I called on Thursday and he was in 2 days later. If you are looking for someone who knows their stuff and will treat your pet with the same love and care that you do kats paws and claws is the place you need to go! Would post pictures of the amazing job but I can't figure out how to do that.

My cat had been missing for almost 3 months, when he came back on a Saturday morning he was skin and bones his claws needed to be cut and he was full of stickers. I called and explained my situation and she fit me in that day. I do appreciate Kat's Paws & Claws for this.

Love taking our Persian cat Mashed Potatoes here to get groomed. She always comes out looking adorable. We used to live in Zimmerman when we first started bringing Mash here but have since moved an hour away to Richmond but it is very much worth the drive. Mash got a fresh cut today and looks beyond adorable. Highly recommend :)

Set an appointment for today. We got there on time and nobody was there. Tried calling a few times left a message, no response. Had to waste a pill because my dog has to be medicated for anxiety. So that's money gone too. Plus I live over twenty miles away and with gas prices, it was a serious waste of time and money!No, it cannot be worked out. First of all if you were busy grooming another do that means you overbooked yourself and we would have been waiting for 45 min for you to finish the husky, cause that's how longbit took u to call me. Second, my husband is not quiet, if he yells your going to hear him. Finally, he walked in and heard nothing no dryers, and no yapping and barking, which most huskys are not quiet unless you sound proofed the bathing room. So I'm sorry but I'm going to a different groomer.
