Was an experience getting in and back out. Literally had to back out as there isn't room to turn around at the dock I was in. It's very tight but with patience can be done. As for the unload, they were very fast and efficient. Very nice people.

I pickup at the cheese plant but the seem quick. I'm watching the 3rd shift trucks pull up and get loaded while I'm overnighting a block up. Really just wanted to share this picture of the warehouse.

My dogs love their food! 🚚Do not park in the trailer lot across the street from shipping. That belongs to Shearer's (and they operate 24/7).Ask where the overnight parking is for Tuffy's.

Trucker review:You want to approach this facility via Otter Trail Scenic Byway/ Lakeside Drive. Follow the 'Truck Route' signs. Was in and out within 90 minutes. Easy check in, just need a pickup number starting with T. Slide your tandems to the rear, chock your wheels. Be there before 230pm and you should be fine. Leave the same way.

Amazing! I got ahead of the schedule and called in to check if I can pick up my load a day early. Tim answered and he was happy to tell me to come by 10pm and sure enough was loaded in 1.5h!! Thank you, I got home almost a whole day sooner for 4th of July weekend! Appreciate it :)

The shipping directions are a little misleading. If you're picking up make sure you have a clean trailer. They are very quick to load and very professional

Have picked up here a few times. I've never had an appointment and it's open pick up times but they seem to do a pretty good job and I've always been treated fairly well.There is a porta-potty for driver use and it's always clean and smells taken care of.

Wow the price was around $20 for a 50lb bag 2 years ago. It has gone up to around $31 a bag.. but now the are lowering it to $31 for a 40lb bag... I will no longer pay those greedy price increases to feed my 4 large dogs

Friendly staff. Must wear hair net when in warehouse. Arrived early for a pickup and was immediately put in a door. Load time was very quick , 25 minutes at the most. Loads for Canada will have to go to the very front office to get load paperwork. That's a good walk. Overall good experience picking up here.

Check in was easy. I was in a door within 20 minutes and loaded and on my way out in another 30 minutes! 43,000 lbs with a reefer trailer and the 7th hole was the money hole! Thanks Tuffy’s!!! $$$

The company I drive for is a drop and hook trailer policy so my review might not apply to others. I deliver the ingredients to tuffys and they are very efficient and polite also. All good things nothing bad to say.

Dont really like the huge smell of dog ,food every time i drive cause with all , the toxin, wast there, plus when i first work there , they didint really teach me , anything there just expect me to know everything. Not saying you dont get paid there, but it takes a lot, of hard work and effort , plus the employees there aren't , real easy to get along with sadly.

Wasn't the best experience working there due to having to ask coworkers what I needed to do. Management was very busy and was unable to help much, but the place is very sanitary and kept up very well. Good job!!!

Jeremy Peter and Jim Honer make it easy and enjoyable for truck driver's unloading at both South and North campus, the construction and people darting in and out while your backing makes it difficult at times

They need signage for receiving. Shipping is well marked and opposite end of building.Polite and quick to unload.

Awesome! Friendly staff, unloaded 15 minutes...beware, if u have raw materials delivering here you have to be an excellent backer....but if delivering bags, or such...easy dock
