Parts lady claimed I was a week late to pick up when I only placed the order today. When I showed her the order on the phone she threw my phone on the counter and started yelling at someone else in the store. Now I'm having issues with my phone connecting. I'm pissed. This place is unprofessional and rude.

Don't recommend going here. It is too much trouble to stop playing on your computer and help a customeror take a phone call. Stood there for 20 minutes with not even 1 person asking if I needed help when I'm standing at the parts counter. Better off just buying parts online than going there.

They didn't have the hydraulic hose I needed so they went out of their way and made one up for me. They always have been great when it comes to help get me the parts I need. Are friendly and easy to work with. I will keep going back the next time I will need something. 5 stars for service to the customer.

Hit a hidden stump in tall grass with mt X330 John Deere garden tractor. Took it to Midwest Machinery Co. In Paynesville, MN for repair.They fixed it, leveled my blades, and changed the oil in one day. Fair prices and excellent work.Unfortunately, I don't remember the gentleman's name who runs their service dept (Keri?), but he was exceptional.Thanks Midwest Machinery Co.
