This store is not appealing to shop in (impossible to shop in if you're handicapped). Signs everywhere due to something not working, or some other issue. Front door has been broken for well over a week. Restrooms out of order. Drinking fountain not able to be used due to restroom cleaning supplies being stored on them. Can't find any employees - one checkout is down and the other checkout doesn't accept cash. It's very evident this store is lacking a manager and staff that care about anything. It's a shame that such an asset to the community gets so ran down and not cared after.

When DG came to the community, they promised a clean, well stocked, affordable store. In reality, we got a dirty, quickly run down, and disappointing store. It is very evident that corporate/ regional management does not care about the individual stores or the staff. Isles are very cluttered, shelves are either bare of food products or overflowing onto the floor with other items, the clothing is always a mess, and clothes are lying on the floor. Today, I was totally surprised seeing two employees working at the same time. One was doing their best to clean up the isle they were in, and the other was busy tending to the only partially working register. Parkers Prairie would be better off if DG moved out and someone local bought the store and ran it.

Every time there, I have to search for an employee. When one is located they act as if I am bothering them. Carts all over, in front of merchandise, and blocking isles. Finally, 3 of 4 checkouts working. For weeks there was only 1and for weeks 2. Workers are not rude but smug.

I was highly saddened to see that this location had only one employee working during my visit. Her name is Lisa and she greeted me upon my arrival into the store. She told me she had just transferred there recently and today she was called in due to lack of employees to work at the store? Very sad to see that Dollar General puts there employees at a safety risk by opening stores in communities where they are not able to retain employees. I watched Lisa greet everyone with a smile and of course tell each customer thank you as well. I think this store needs some help from a district manager or someone at corporate to come in and help Lisa and get this store ready for school shopping and the holidays. Kudos to Lisa for being such a dedicated employee for Dollar General.

I needed stuff in the middle of nowhere and they have stuff in the middle of nowhere. Low end food but they do have brand name packaged stuff at a fair price so no complaints. I would avoid buying hot dogs and electronics of any kind here. Everything else I have purchased is like the cheapest store brand version of everything but it is all inexpensive. Convenient location and friendly staff. They definitely beat a C store for selection and price and in the locations they are that is your only alternative.

Didn't have graduation cards 2 weeks before graduation. Nor did they have Oriole food when it is the prime of the season. And it looked like there was only one person working. So, when you had a question you had to wait till she was done cashiering or you waited in line well she was putting her stock away. Definitely wasn't the one of the best Dollar Generals I've been to.

Everyone is suppose to wear a mask. NO ONE here wears one. Not the manager or employees ppl walking in not asked either. Until one of your family members pass away maybe then this place will wake up and wear a mask!!! I read if not managers could face 1,000 dollar fine. I will report this if It is not fix. Ppl can get 100 dollar fines as will.

Dollar general and EagleBend Minnesota is the best Dollar General to go to very well clean very easy to fine things and if you can’t and you need help right there to assist you
