Photo department is an absolute joke. I have had issue after issue with the quality of my prints. One time they double printed a book I ordered, and bound them in the same book. I double checked and made sure it wasn't an issue on my end (it wasn't). Today I got an email confirmation saying my photo cards are ready. I get there, they can't find the order and printed incorrect quantity. It's a joke. Faribaults photo is a million times better

Staff can be relatively friendly, but certain staff are very rude. Biggest issue is that this Walgreens is terrible with HIPPA compliance. No one likes to call the pharmacy or walk up to the counter and have their personal information and medications announced with no confirmation of PHI (personal health information). Regular patient or caller ID or not, it’s unsettling. Overheard another patient complaining about this as well today.

Their photo department is terrible! My Christmas cards weren't ready when they emailed me saying they were ready. I got them next day, and our faces were all blurred, not seeing any eyes or mouth! I told the girl they weren't very good, she asked me if I want another set!! I said no, then she said "there's nothing I can do about it". I will NEVER go to the photo department there again.

I called in some scripts and spoke with a Tech mamed Cory. What a delight on the phone!! Super personable and friendly!!!I wish everyone was as nice as Cory. Honestly. I hope he stays there for a long time!!

Pharmacy shorted us on my son's medications twice.We got medicine for a double ear infection. (Steroid and antibiotic) They shorted us by 1 and a half doses for each one the first time. We didn't argue about it and hoped it would be okay. Our son seemed better. But 10 days later my son's ear ruptured. I took him to urgent care and he still has the double ear infection. We again got a steroid and a new stronger antibiotic. I let the pharmacy know it was short last time when picking up the medications and to asked for them to double check the measurements to ensure they are accurate. Here we are 4 days later, and our steroid is short, again. (Our antibiotic might be too but I won't know for a few more days).I went in to talk about it and show them that I only have enough for 5 doses instead of the 6 the doctor prescribed. Instead of just an apology and more medicine, I get an extra talk about how our doctor shouldn't be doing such accurate doses in the first place, 2.5 is good enough, how my kid prob needs tubes and that is why his ear infections haven't gone away. ... first of all, whether my child needs tubes is not his call. Even if he might, that does not change the fact that we were not given the correct amount of medication. THAT IS THEIR ENTIRE JOB. They should be able to give out the correct dosage no matter how wonky of a measurement it is.I have a feeling they didn't measure using properly calibrated tools and instead are using the generic plastic bottle markings to "roughly" give the correct amount. If that is the case, I find it highly concerning. The pharmacist also said that the missing 1.5 ML is prob stuck to the sides of the bottle... This steroid has the consistency of water and basic gravity should have the solution properly moved in less than 30 seconds; so no, it is not stuck to the sides of the bottle. I might take that excuse for the antibiotic but not the steroid.After this, we are checking to see if we can move to a new pharmacy. They did end up giving me another dose, but they lost my trust and I don't appreciate the extra commentary about how it might not have mattered in the long run or the dose our doctor gave us is to blame. I'm frustrated enough that my child is in pain, I just need my medications to be correct.

When I say "I shop here as a last resort," that is the biggest understatement. They never have items in stock and the employees are so rude. Spare yourself the struggle and time, and drive to Target.

Came to pick up my pictures after working all night long. Walked past the check out counter to the photo counter and stood there waiting patiently. Then when I asked the woman at check out if some one could help me she was super short. And then I stood again waiting until someone l with a badge that said “shift lead” came walking up looking annoyed and was also short and seemed like she was bothered by my request. Then woman at check out continued to be short as she rung me up. Not friendly staff at all. A little friendliness goes a long way.

Employees are difficult! Don’t want to correct mistakes with the computer not calculating coupons for rewards, rewards disappearing before being used and then them trying to not honor a coupon today that expires today and clearly states it’s good for 7 days and today is the 7th day! I wish Snyder Drug was still around! This horrible chain basically put the mom & pop drug store out of business! Shame on you! Reporting you guys to the Better Business Bureau for their outrageous unscrupulous behavior & thievery!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My doctor filled my prescription and I got a text saying it was delayed. I called and ask why and they said they were out of stock of my medication ans only had two left. I said that’s fine I will take those until you can fill the rest because I take this medication daily and when I don’t it is very dangerous. They told me they would put the two aside for me and I could pick it up at my convenience. I said okay, but if there’s any other issues PLEASE let me know so I can get a hold of my doctor and change pharmacy’s if necessary. I stressed to them the importance of letting me know ahead of time if the two were not available. I get off work and go to pick it up, (15 min away) and they flat out told me they forgot to set the two aside for me. The lady said “the two people working here when you called didn’t make your prescription so we gave it to someone else.” I said okay, how is that my problem? I asked you guys politely to let me know ahead of time if the two for me to take was not possible. Their response “Well we forgot to make your prescription, so someone else took the two.” I stressed to them how it wasn’t okay for me to skip this medication but they didn’t care. Now I have to go two days without. But their day goes on. They dropped the ball and have such a lack of professionalism and didn’t give me any options to make this okay. But since they aren’t educated on this type of medication they don’t care. Now I will have to have my schedule off, probably have to take off work to figure it out in the morning. IF they get it in stock tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pharmacy always seems to have plenty of staff, but are very slow to work. Very slow to fill prescriptions (got script ten days ago, still said it would take at least an hour to get me 50 pills) Whole store looks dirty and disorganized. Wish there was another pharmacy in town that would take my insurance.

Store is clean, well stocked, sometimes have to wait for help but expected in these times. Do curbside and they bring it out right away. The only bad thing is the location! It totally sucks to get in and out due to the road its on, the side street, the traffic, the gas station.

Went in to the store to get a couple beverages. When I was checking out I made a mistake and placed my beverages down on the counter while another customer was up there and was told to back away from the register, I immediately did that and apologized. As I stepped away the Walgreens worker I believe named VoAnne looked at the customer and said, " That's why we cant get rid of COVID, people like him who cant read." Upon me getting to the register and checking out I told her I could read and just made a mistake, and I thought it was very rude of her to insult my intelligence straight in front of me to another customer. She didn't acknowledge me and never apologized. No chance I'm going here again thanks to VoAnne.

Employees are ok but the pharmacist is rude. I ask a few questions about Zyrtec and she thinks she knows more than the doctor who recommended it to my infant son talking to me as if she was tired of seeing me after 15 seconds. I’m not one to stoop to their level but next time I might have to.

Store is relatively clean, sufficient parking, and it's relatively easy to get into and out of the parking lot. Staff was friendly. Otherwise pretty much the same as every other Walgreens, which is good.

Just thirsty for your business. I called early in the day and confirmed with two different employees that I could shrink down a photo and print it there if I just bring a flash drive with the photo on it. After borrowing a friend's bike that was absurdly too large for me anyways and biking out there for 20 minutes, I get to the counter. I describe what I need to the workers there and they tell me that they indeed cannot shrink down photos. They don't go down as low as 3x4 cm which I had confirmed that they did over the phone earlier that day with two different people. Even if I did want a 3x4 inch photo which is their littlest, they scheme you out of your pocket change by saying that you need $13.00 just to use the software that shrinks the picture. I think they just wanted me to come in and hopefully I could buy something else from them, because it seemed very clear to everyone that they couldn't do what I had asked them to.

Terrible service. I haven't had one single good experience at this Walgreens pharmacy. Somehow they manage to mess up my prescription every single time and I end up having to wait for them to go back and fix it. I don't think those people know what the hell they are doing back there. They've used up all my patience. Gonna find somewhere else to go.

When you want a perscription filled as son as possible they say it will be ready in 15 min. You go there half hour later and they say its nor ready yet. Come back in 10 min and it will be ready. Has happend several times. The old short lady ginger hair is very rude. Very strict and not willing to answer questions. I would go somewhere else where commen scense is a thing

I've been to the pharmacy 3 times without getting my meds. I wait a minimum of 10 minutes and no one acknowledge that I'm even there. I see all the people laughing and working but no one has time to get me my meds.

Literally worst pharmacy. Always makes me wait for a prescription that already sent me a text saying it’s ready. The pharmacy closes at 8pm and opens at 8am weekdays. Literally was 8:03 and would not let me get my refill and I have no pills left.
