I inherited a senior dog that requires almost constant supervision because of his old age, and therefore cannot usually be left with traditional sitters. However, my job occasionally requires me to work all day and sometimes out of town. Yuppy Puppy makes it possible for me to afford his overnight care with peace of mind. We have tried other places in town and didn’t like them. The staff at Yuppy Puppy are extremely friendly and truly gets to know your dog. When I drop him off, I’m confident they’ll alert me immediately to any issues and take good care of him. They keep their rates low by keeping their kennels booked and their service excellent. The little things such as go-home treat bags, social media posts, returning food bags, alerting to us if he had extra food on pickup, etc. go a LONG way. Thank you so much for taking care of my old Grandpa dog !!

Excellent experience. My dog absolutely loves to visit. She was happy to go and play for a few days while we were out of town. This was the second time using them and not even close to the last.

We love Yuppy Puppy! We’ve boarded our older dog there many times over the last 7 years and they are always so accommodating! We have a younger dog that loves to socialize and they always make sure they get time together outside. 2 dogs with very different personalities and both always leave happy and tired. Plus we always opt for an exit bath so they smell so good when they come home. Just can’t beat the service or the price.

We absolutely adore yuppy puppy. They are amazing to our dog, always answer texts and questions - our dog literally jumps out of the car to go into the door there, he loves it and it shows when he's there. The staff is amazing and so kind to our fur baby and us.

If you are looking for a reliable, safe and affordable place to being your dog- look no further. The staff is amazing all so sweet and patient. The facilities for the dogs is perfect for overnight boarding and they have both indoor and outdoor play areas.I do highly recommend the $10 exit bath at the end of any stay or you'll end up washing your dog when you get home since they will probably be covered in puppy drool from all their puppy play!

I love yuppy puppy! We travel to twin cities often to see family and it's so great to know that our two high energy dogs have a great place to stay where they not only have wonderful human caregivers but they get to play with other dogs often! They come home and sleep for a full day after all that playtime!

My dog LOVES going here! When we're driving there, she's sitting in the back shaking because she's so excited. As soon as we turn onto the gravel road she can no longer contain herself and starts running from window to window, almost like she's saying "let me out of the car, mom, I can run there faster than you can drive!".

We love Yuppy Puppy! They always greet our dog by name when we bring her there. The dog is always so excited to see everyone and I think she gets a lot of attention and exercise when she's there.

Our dog was boarded for two days, he was entirely exhausted from socializing and playing with the other dogs. You could tell he was happy though. The staff was very friendly. We were very happy with our experience here and will come back again.

We dropped off our 3 dogs for a week long boarding stay. When we picked them up, 2 seemed happy and normal. The other one seemed timid and sad, we brought him home and noticed that he winced in pain when we picked him up. We inspected him and noticed a very large bruise/ abrasion on his chest, it was very swollen and you could see blood under the skin. The staf didn’t mention the injury. I feel guilty and sad my little guy wasn’t properly cared for or supervised, we will be visiting a vet to determine the severity of the injury.

I had been taking my baby howard to yuppy puppy pretty regularly due to me going back to school. We really loved it at first because there are so many dogs to socialize with. But after a couple weeks I found scratch's on his back legs, he had picked up bad manners, and he ended up with a hole through his lip. Although, that didn't stop us from going there due to good prices and grass runs. (We addressed the hole in his lip, but we were brushed off by an employee and told that he plays rough with another dog. Why wouldn't you stop that rough of play?) Anyway, I went to pick him up one day and there were 7 or 8 dogs in their front room with no one watching. I had stood there for maybe three minutes and witnessed a dog pinning another down and humping him. The manager of yuppy puppy is always very courteous and a pleasure to talk to but after finding yet another scratch, this time on Howie's jugular, we will not be returning.

We have been taking our 2 dogs there for quite some time. Nice grassy yard behind for the dogs to play, easy to make reservations, prices reasonable. Friendly staff..Especially the owner/manager!
