Our chug has been going here for baths and nail trims for years. Jen and her crew are the nicest group of people and really care about your dog. He doesn't need a hair trim but I have seen lots of beautiful dogs come out of here

My dog is a cocker/cavalier and will be 16 in July and he hates to go to get his haircut. But they do a fabulous job. Today he went and turned out perfectly. I always like to meet with the person cutting my dogs hair and they are always so accommodating and listen to my requests.Thank you! 👏

They take such great care of my huge monsters. I have one doodle that is terrified of getting groomed. He would shake and hide after coming home from different groomers. He is relaxed after he is groomed here.

I love this place!! My Dogs lobe this place! They were so good to my baby that had separation anxiety. They took the time to introduce her to what was gonna happen and now she's so excited to go. Her and her sister both love it.

Excellent Service which is provided with a smile from Julie the owner - extra tender loving care is given to each and every fury client. She knows all their names and to her every single one is special. This is a clean well run establishment, add it all up and you have a real winner in dogs by design!

I literally cannot recommend this place enough. Our miniature poodle has severe social anxiety, and they are so kind and gentle with him (and us, the helicopter parents that we are). We asked them to give him a mohawk on his very first visit 4 years ago, and we loved it, and it’s his signature look now! We get so many compliments on it, and they all do a fantastic job of cutting it. He looks perfect, every single time. Plus, he smells so good for days after we pick him up too - the products they use not only smell good, but don’t set off his sensitive skin! I trust all these gals so much - they are so gentle, and loving, and you can tell they really enjoy what they do (haha, most of the time). Thanks for all the love y’all give my puppy child!

This groomer was recommended to me by a vet tech friend of mine. I have a 2 year old Aussie and they did a fantastic job with her! I asked for an outline trim and to cut back some of her ear hair because she tends to get mats there, and I got exactly that. She smells good, she’s still super soft 3 days later, and her dandruff is gone. I will keep bringing her back here as long as we live in the area!

This is the best place in the FM area. My friend recommended them and I couldn't be happier. I take my Siberian Husky in every couple of months for a "spa day" and he comes out looking amazing every time. They trim his fur, brush his teeth, bathe him, clean his ears, and clip his nails. He loves Veronica and all the girls there, he's always so happy when I pick him up. They give great hair cuts and are knowledgeable about different things I can use and do between his visits to keep him looking good. I love how friendly everyone is, and they seem to really care about the animals, and prices can't be beat! Highly recommend them, keep up the great work ladies! Shadow will see you again soon :)

Wonderful work! I bring my 4 girls in for grooming and they come out gorgeous and relaxed. If they notice anything that might be a problem, they let a person know. I so appreciate that. I can't say enough good about DbD.

This place is great! My first time there, you instantly feel like your bringing your pet to a luxury pet groomer (which is how any pet owner should feel)! The staff is really nice, and you can tell that they love what they do. I also appreciate that my pets never seem like they want to leave! Worth more then what I pay for!

Not sure I should review as I have only acted as deliverer for the pet involved BUT I watched the groomer handling "JACK SPARROW" out of my car and into building, he was not in favor of it, but she was gentle and slow and he went with her🤗🤗....and I know Jack's "mom" well enough to know if she's happy then I'm happy. Haircuts are always very nice....and he smells good!!

The groomers at Dogs By Design are a cut above the rest. They are very professional, and create the best possible experience for the animals they groom. The facility is modern and clean. I've never had a bad experience there, and won't recommend taking your pet anywhere else! Repeat customer for life!

I just got back from bringing my basset for a bath-- absolutely loved this place. Jenny was great and even put a little flower on my dogs collar. Very clean and professional place, I will go here again for sure.

They are not good with dog's ears, if you have dog that needs ear hair removed or General ear cleaning do not use this groomer. I was very dissatisfied and when called to discuss they would not return my call. They are more expensive then other groomers in the area. I will never use them again.
