We ordered a variety of food: Salad (this was mine), chicken tenders, turkey club wrap and brownie bites (I sampled all).I'll start with the turkey club wrap - it was really good and a good value ($5.99) for the size. It had turkey, chicken, ham, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Green Peppers, Black Olives, Pickles, and Ranch (put directly in the wrap). I would recommend the wrap.*To Casey's: Please add an option to the website to order the dressing on the side.The Create Your Own Salad ($6.99) would have been so much better without the dressing slathered all over the salad (see picture), instead of it being in a container (like it was for the chicken). I just assumed it would be in a little container. They were out of roast beef but I had chicken, ham and turkey, tomatoes and black olives. They were also out of croutons and cucumbers. The only cheese choice that wasn’t an extra charge was American, and they were out of that. The dressing was my big problem with the salad - they surprisingly did not have ranch or blue cheese. The choices were weird for a salad: mayonnaise, reduced calorie mayonnaise (which was out), Chipotle mayonnaise, mustard (out), honey mustard, spicy brown mustard, BBQ sauce (out), sweet onion sauce, olive oil and red wine vinegar. These are more like choices for sandwiches, not salads. I didn’t realize they were going to put the dressing right on the salad (and way too much of it) or I would not have ordered any at all. Our intention was to put blue cheese dressing on it (which was a choice for chicken) and use the honey mustard (a choice for salad) on the chicken and wrap. Honey mustard on a salad did not taste good (and again it was way too much).*To Casey's: Please add an option to the website to order the dressing on the side and add traditional dressing choices.The Chicken Tenders - $13.99 for 12 pieces were not worth it. At $1.00+ per piece, I was expecting them to be a fairly good size. However, some of them were so tiny (see picture), I can’t believe they were chicken tenders. I think we received boneless chicken wings instead. At any rate, they definitely were not worth $13.99. They were also too salty and cold, which I'll own since I was about 15 minutes late picking up (I thought I would get a text saying it was ready).Brownie Bites $2.99 - very good and I recommend.

Montrose Casey… a guy throwing up in the bathroom that makes everyone’s pizza didn’t make my order in time before it closed, I never got a refund and said I had to contact corporate so whoever the manger is of this store please get a hold of me and we won’t have problems because I know damn well he wasn’t “sick”

I bought one of those sausage, egg and cheese handhelds for breakfast, opened it up and it looked great, took that first bite and bit into raw dough on top. I didn't want to waste it so I ate the meat and egg and the rest went in the garbage. It didn't look like the picture at all, but then most things don't. I'll probable refrain from buying those again.

Being the only option in town for visitors, this location gets some traffic! If you get there behind the lunch rush, you will be waiting for fresh pizza. Had hot and cold sandwiches, salads, and other sundries. Friendly staff, great selection of food options.

I have never wrote the Google review before. And probably the main reason I'm writing a review, so the ownership can see this and fix it. I used to stop at this Casey's 2 to 3 times a day. Now I stop about once every 2 weeks. It used to be clean, organized, well staffed. The staff was friendly, courteous and diligent. Now, it's the exact opposite. The place is dirty. You wait at counter for someone who obviously doesn't want to be there. Pizza is under stocked or looks bad. It's been heading this way for the last couple months. And reading so other reviews I'm not the only one who sees this. And is probably not stopping there anymore.

My adult kids and I ordered five pizzas for lunch this afternoon. 😋 It was AMAZING!! 👏 All of my boys commented on how great it tasted. My oldest said it best. "It's like a pizza pie". I called the store to share our outstanding lunch. The manager said it's her new guy in the kitchen. Thank you Tyler!! 😊 The boys said get your pizza 🍕 on Wednesday when Tyler is working. Many thanks!

Stop at this horse s*** of a gas station frequently because every other location except for Montrose Minnesota always has a wide array of quick and good food to grab. Not in Montorose! Can’t even get a single slice of pizza or a burger. Not once not twice but multiple times. Ask if anything will be coming up and you’ll get a look. Followed by a “no” or a “not for a while” don’t advertise your food if you can’t even produce it!!!

Pizza orders are generally 10-20 minutes late in comparing estimated time in the confirmation email vs actual time ready. Usually 45-60 minutes per order. Gas pumps will be out of gas or out of order. Workers seem to move slower the more business they have.

Went to order a breakfast pizza after work called 4 times caseys picked up but intentionally left the phone open no reply, heard their conversations but wouldn't reply to me when I'd ask to order a pizza. 9-29-23 12:50 p.m.

The driver was a no show for the New Years eve shift, and our order was canceled, someone must of. had bigger plans. Imagine that, oh to be young again. No worries, the manager came in to save the night, delivered the pizza herself, and was even kind enough to provide a coupon for the next order. I would of canceled delivery and said pick it up yourself. Not her. Notice Casey's under new management. Thank you!

Pre-ordered pizza to be done 2 hours from when I ordered. Got here when I was supposed to pick it up and they hadn't even started it. No apologies or anything, just said to check back in 25 minutes

In general okay service, people have always been nice but some cashiers tend to just "not notice" when it gets busy and just keep talking to each other. Also they run out of fuel... A lot!! So if you need a sandwich go for it, fuel, go somewhere else...

This Casey’s (Montrose) is probably the worse one out there. I have been ordering Casey’s pizza and using the service station since I was a little kid. Now they can’t even make a pizza on time to save their lives just because there are “less” people working isn’t an excuse to slack off.Edit: I get home and they can’t even get the order right and won’t pick up the phone.

3:00 in the morning standing in front of an empty counter while the young lady who reminds me of Milton from Office Space did not even acknowledge me after I had been asked to be rung up several times. Finally I kind of yelled it can you help me. She finally acknowledged me and told me to hold on. I've already been watching her put straws away methodically for around four minutes. I told Milton no worries I'll go somewhere else. I will never be returning to that store again.

There was two cashiers, one was helping a customer on one registrar and the other one was just standing next to the other cashier, when I walked in there was about ten people waiting in line, instead of opening the other registrar and helping the customers the other cashier picked up get purse and left... no one apologized for the inconvenience of us ten customers having to wait in line for 20 min... when i got to the registrar the cashier didn't say hello nothing or have a good night.... very poor customer service skills! They most definitely need to be trained on That, and there was six people working in the kitchen and not one came out to help either....

I have a chronic illness. Today (about 10:15am) I walked the very short (yet on days like today sooo far) distance from my home to Casey's for sports drinks to help me rehydrate from a horrible weekend of illness.I had my wheelie bag and my cane/stool. When I arrived I plopped down at a table to regain my strength before grabbing my items. A female employee asked if I had been helped, I explained my situation. A few minutes later she asked if she could help me with my shopping. This wonderful soul gathered my items for me and patiently dealt with my handfuls of change. She mentioned she knew what it was like, and just wanted to help.I wish I caught her name, or had the mental capacity to remember the details of her appearance well. I just know she was compassionate and extremely helpful for me today. Thank you so much, kind soul! I hope to see you on my next visit so I can catch your name.

I received coupons in the mail today, after driving 4.5 hours back from my conference i thought perfect, no cooking and good pizza. Really pushing the online ordering but the coupons dont work online instore only. Go to pick up my pizza, made eye contact with guy behind the counter he ducked down and continued to look for something for a couple minutes before greeting me and getting my pizza. Go to the counter show my coupon and the employee said sorry not valid. I told her that i just received my coupons today she said well we have others out there and these dont start till July 1st, I look at the coupon and it doesn't say that just expires 7/31/19. Okay I get it it's only $2 and I told her that I also told her that her job as the manager is to make the guest happy, she said nope i cant do that without the store managers approval, really $2? I get its not alot of money but its the principal.

Called in to order 2 pizzas was told 40 minutes walked in 35 minutes later and was told they haven't even been made yet by I'm assuming was the kitchen manager that didn't seem to know what was going on as shes doing circles like a fly with one wing. Glad they weren't cause the guy making the pizzas had long hair and out out control facial hair I've seen cleaner people under the 94 & lyndale ave bridge .

Love that the store has expanded but the service has gone down hill especially a certain gentleman who makes pizzas. I have given him the benefit of the doubt not once or twice but three times when ordering pizza. Very short and rude and not at all accommodating when there was a mistake.

If you want to buy something whether it be 9am or 9pm at night be prepared to stand in line a unnecessary amount of time! Which is why I drive a extra 8 miles and go to (Kwick) trip because I respect my own time!

Mostly good service. One bad experience, placed an order for food. I was starving and in a hurry. Stood there waiting and waiting and finally asked and he said. I forgot to make your food! No apologies or anything. I was super mad and I didn't get to eat that night. But the cashier's are always friendly store seems clean and maintained

I'm a third shifter and the main overnight cashier is the greatest! She's been there for years and she does an exceptional job; always busy doin somethin if there's no one there when I come in like checking coffee and cleaning/ disinfecting

Check your pizzas before you leave. If you don't and it's made wrong they won't send you a coupon without checking their cameras to confirm the pizza was made wrong.It's worth driving a bit further to Buffalo or Delano.

I called in an order for pickup for a pizza and they said it would take 30 min. I showed up 30 min later and they guy in the kitchen said all he has to do is make it real quick... at least we got free bread sticks.

They left my pizza sitting half way in the oven so half of it burnt. I would have been cool. But they just boxed it up and gave it to me without a word about it. They cook was outside screwing around so the clerk had to get my pizza.

Clerk took forever to even realize I was in the store. Was then told that I should have came and got her if I was ready to pay. Not the customers job to keep track of employees. This has happened more times than I care to talk about.

Stopped in the store for a snack and bathroom break ended up not buying anything the store was messy. The floor was a slip and slide the rugs were soaking wet!!! Cashiers weren’t busy and should have mopped up the excess water not leave it for customer to hopefully not slip and fall in!!! Ridiculous will not be back!
