For a long time I had lost hope in this store, but after paying my dues working in this town and nearby stores for over 15 years, for this corporation, I couldn't give up hope that one day it would come around. This evening gave me a glimpse of that hope back! Darell, the young man in the kitchen, said it was his 2nd day on the job. He admitted to incorrectly making my pizza, however as soon as he realized it he immediately began a new pizza to fulfill my correct order! He was prompt an courteous and let me know that it was going to be just a few more minutes due to his error. His pizza was exactly what we ordered! Hats off to him and I hope this store can continue to find employees as dedicated as him on day 2!Thank you Darell!Sincerely,Jen Strehlo & family

This was the second time in week or so that these to staff members that open the store and the cook have been absolutely down right rude and unprofessional to be and are very loud I have learned there names Rosita and Michelle the manger on. Duty are just rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service. I mean sitting in the office while we wait at the counter to be helped and the talk very loud about how they are sick of the store to other patrons and could believe how they talk about other staff who I know personally there is sad as hell.

Coolers were NOT stocked. Nothing in the warmers. Half of the hot coffee products were out of order. Not impressed with the new management. Casey's, please do better. This is not the first time I've walked in to get something and it is out of stock. People were waiting for their pizzas. I get it, no staff. It shouldn't be much to has to at least order a thing or two.

Absolute worst Casey's in the area. They run out of the same products every single week. You'd think they would learn right? They even run out of gas sometimes. They'll keep expired food on the shelves too, so make sure you check those dates.Do yourself a favor and take the extra 12 minutes to go to the Amboy Casey's.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this location. We stopped for Subs and drinks, we get to the Sub counter and we're told it will be a 10-15minute wait until they can make us Subs. No thank you! We bring our drinks to the counter and wait for 5 minutes before the cashier appears to check us out, meanwhile, a line is forming behind us of 10 more customers that want to check out. No apology was given. They need help, either staff someone who can work Subs and the front counter better or you may lose customers. Have a responsible adult working in the evenings to ensure customers are taken care of!

Just picked up a Breakfast pizza as my Box Top coupon pizza and there were no eggs. No eggs on a Breakfast pizza means there is just cheese and bit of meat. This isn't the first time they have messed up an order. 9/10 there is something wrong with our order. I love the deals they have on things and the point system being able to turn over into money I can use in store, but I think this major screw up is the final straw about giving them my business. I already don't buy gas from them since last winter when gas we bought for our snowmobiles was mostly water. At least the pizza was free.

I like Casey's, when it runs smoothly and efficiently. The Mapleton Casey's has a major staffing and/or major management issue.Long lines and only having one register open? Why do you have two registers then? There is a frequent cashier who is always on their phone when I checkout, why is that acceptable? Kitchen being constantly understaffed? Talking to multiple staff, they are equally frustrated with the way things are going. I don't know how much longer this location can coast in the condition its in; but at this rate, not long. Something's gotta give.

Highly disappointed with this location lately. When calling for a pickup order during non-lunch times they still tell us it will be about a half hour to 45 minute wait, that is if you can get thru to someone. I have tried calling multiple times only to get the same "line busy" signal. We have walked in when they have told us our food will be ready only to wait another 15 minutes and no other orders being made. Highly disappointed, I'll take my business down the road to Kwik trip. Maybe if the customer service becomes better I'd consider coming back, we really did like the pizza.

6/25/19 @ 9:30pm Cashier Outside smoking... looked a round for a bit. Cashier still outside smoking. Went to use the restroom, it was filthy... Looked at rest of the store was dirty too. After that, not going buy anything food at that store. Too Bad, it was a clean nice store.. "Update" So every one Has a bad Day... Stopped in 7/14/19 @ 7:30 pm The store was Cleaner then is was before. Looked around No Cashier... Outside emptying trash bins ... She saw that she had customers, rush right in started waiting on customers with food... Didn't take time to wash her hands.... So much for Food at that store... 03/01/22 Somethings never Change Dirty Men's restroom...

This store has really gone downhill lately. Always finding coolers not being stocked. The night kitchen has a lot of struggles with getting our orders done correctly. The old store Manager ran a much tighter ship then is being run now.

They messed up my pizza order twice. Went back after the first time and they “fixed” it, but it was still wrong the second time. The quality keeps getting worse everyday… do better😤

Had to wait for the bathroom, should have went somewhere else! This had to be one of the nastiest bathrooms I have ever had the unpleasant Fortune of having to need to use! I needless to say, had to hover over the toliet to pee to avoid sitting on the filthy thing! Then I scrubbed my hands and used towels to shut off the water and open the door! When I went out I did not purchase anything like I had planned to, because if the bathroom is that bad how is the employee hygiene protocol?

Stop here every morning on my way to work, wont give them 5 starts because they never have anything different for breakfast, just pizza and a sandwich or two, only ever seen 1 biscuit and gravy
