It doesn't carry much for hardware. They got rid of the nuts and bolts section. Great for people with hobby farms I am sure.The sign on median gets knocked over about once every other month. People will reverse right into traffic without looking then take off and smash that sign in an inattentive panic.

I came in looking for corrugated tubing. Looked around for about 5 minutes. The only staff I saw was the checkout person, and another lady pushing a floor sweeper straight towards me . She was careful not to make eye contact, but I asked her for help any how. Without missing a beat she turned on her heel and said I'd have to talk to someone else...who I'm still not certain as I simply left and got help at home depot in slp.

Friendly staff - I love being recognized when I come in by the paint swirl master - haha - it’s a side project one of the guys has - finding beauty in simple swirls of paint before they mix together. It’s just personality that you find in a place like this. Sure it’s probably a little more expensive if you buy everything there; but you probably won’t walk out with a bunch of impulse buy BS like I always do at Menards. Im pretty sure I come out ahead and can rely on the advice of the people. Great experience guys!

I called to check if this store carried a key blank for my daughter's vehicle. The woman who answered placed me on hold believing she was checking on this for me but then the phone rang back and it was picked up and hung up. I called right back and it was picked up and hung up right away. I called a third time and it was picked up but no one said a word and just set the hand set down and I could hear someone being checked out then was hung up on a THIRD time. I called back once more and the same exact thing except after two minutes of hearing background I finally hung up this time. This is the crappiest customer service that I have ever encountered by ANY business in my 53 years. I will be looking up the owner and making sure they know about this and can look up and see who this employee is working this afternoon and explain this most rude and unprofessional behavior. I will make certain everyone I know in the Maple Plain area avoids this business. I wouldn't even have given one star but had to in order to post this.Totally pathetic!

They have completely changed. They have removed all the electrical and plumbing along with a lot of other useful hardware. They no longer resemble a hardware store. They should change their name to "Ace Birdseed".

Always feel taken care of. Helpful staff. But were out ouf my favorite feed today. Was redirected to there on staff nutritionist!

You'll find better prices and selection at the bigger stores, but if you're only picking up a few things and don't want to drive way out east--definitely shop here!
