The local store is always understaffed BUT most of them that are there are very helpful and kind. Usually always great customer service unlike Canby's location...they are HORRIBLE there...you better check your receipt over there cause nothing on sale ever rings up correctly there. Madison's location is leaps and bounds better!!!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would this place has horrible service. They close at 9 O clock it was 858 and my boyfriend had to grab my infant son formula the only place in town open at that time to get formula to feed my son. They blocked the doors and wouldn't let him in, he begged and asked just for that one thing. He would be in and out and they refused him. WHAT HORRIBLE PEOPLE. WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. I will find out who that worker was and report to management.

They don't pay there bills! Terrible company! I will never spend another penny in any of your stores! Dollar General is nothing but thieves! If you shop there you support a big company that doesn't pay it's bills to small businesses in your community! Greedy pukes!

Yea went there yesterday n got 8$ worth of food n I usually count up how much it will be before I get to the register. I was charged 10$ when I should have been charged 8$. There wasn't tax on any of my items so no clue why my 5 for 4$ cans got charged individually. 🤷 now you have a sad customer.
