When I think of Melanie, the following attributes most accurately reflect my personal experience with listing and selling my father's home: Subject matter expert in the local market (knowledge/wisdom), professional, trust-worthy, responsive and genuine. When my father passed, I wasn't quite sure about how to handle the sale of his lake home. My living out of state and the home needing some work done prior to listing was going to be a challenge. After visiting (basically interviewing) three other agents, it became instantly clear that Melanie would be "the best choice" --- boy was/is that an understatement! Having grown up in the area her local knowledge and relationships enabled me to quickly line-up service providers and contractors for work prior to listing. Melanie's deep knowledge of the local market made valuation and listing a breeze. She has a finely assembled team of experts in place to maximize your sale results. My wife and I are experienced/seasoned real estate investors (including being licensed realtors) out of Colorado and we also conduct business in multiple other states. Bottom line, Melanie provided one of the easiest/best transactions I have personally encountered. Given this was my father's estate, it was a bit of an emotional journey for me.
