I hired Litchfield building center to do a roof job, trim work and gutter repair due to hail damage. I have had nothing but issues from this new roof and the trim work. I have had interior water damage coming into my home from the new roof and trim do to poor workmanship. They also did not complete the full job as they did not feel they’d be able to match white gutter or downspout. They also damaged my driveway when unloading the shingles in multiple locations So not only did they have poor workmanship, but the Damaged a new driveway in the process. I would not recommend Litchfield Builders as they do not follow through, With good workmanship, and they not stand behind their work effectively. A Band-Aid approach is not the way to fix anything long-term And that is what they deliver.

Called ahead and said that I wanted to sit down and talk about a house design, having them GC it, and buying the materials from them. I went in after taking off time from work and showed up and they were completely unprepared, I dont think they even knew I was going to show up. Got in to sit and talk to someone and we chatted for about 15 minutes and then I was out the door. Sent a follow up email with them and they never responded..... oh well, I went to Simonson's in Hutch and so far so good.

LBC maintains a record of paint colors that we purchase. This morning they were able to mix the same color for me that I used five years ago. Made my life so much easier!

The worst place in the world to work for. You just don't make comments behind someone's back that they are not to operate equipment behind someone's back...that they would kill someone. Deeply hurtful words!I don't appreciate it when I simply wanted my paycheck dropped off, I didn't know it was someone's wife as out town. Don't make assumptions as it was claimed I texted the foreman's wife when I thought it was him. Tell me to give blow jobs when I simply asked what to next. This place changed me, I lost whatever trust I had left in other guys. I don't want to be friends with other guys I had enough. There is no honestly, I never got a honest answer. Not small town values. I had hoped my coworkers would interact with me after work instead they had to make fun of me behind my back. Instead I had to be treated like a mentally handicapped person. This place broke me, it changed me, and I was never the same. It showed me there is no such thing in the world as a small town where you have friends that treat you like family and don't let others do things to you, just suck on their thumbs and be a bystander instead of doing the RIGHT THING!

Lumber is cheaper and higher quality than Menards and Home Depot. They have more stuff than you'd think.

Don't waste your time go right to LBC. I've started using them every time I have a project to do. Use them and you will save time and money.
