They were polite and explained everything to me. I brought my 1 adult female and her 2 kittens to be fixed. They got their shots and micro chips as well. They even sent pain medicine for the 2 females. I am so grateful that Lake Pepin in conjunction with Hiawatha humane society aided in helping make this happen for my cats. I had rescued the mother cat and then she was pregnant. I kept 2 kittens and now they can grow up with their mother and bond as brother and sister too. Thank you Hiawatha and Lake Pepin for helping make that happen.

Great experience! Everyone was very kind and helpful. This was our first time here since moving and they helped make sure all records were transferred. They explained everything clearly when I has questions and they came highly recommended from several other people including local groomers and kennel/board.

I'm new to the area and called and set up a appointment to bring my 2 kittens in next week for there shots. Well on a walk with my 3 grandchildren we found a very small kitty with a gaping hole in its neck and it's paw has some damage. So we hurried and brought it here. We were meet by a very unfriendly, uncaring receptionist Dawn, who had the attitude of not wanting to be bothered by this poor hurt kitten. So we left and I found the other Vet clinic in town All small Creatures, I believe its was called. She showed such compassion for this tiny kitten, informed me all the vets were in Red Wing for some conference. She called Red Wing Clinic set up appointment paid the bill. So Lake Pepin Clinic you can keep the $50.00 deposit because there is no way I will be bring my 4 pet kids to a clinic with the first person you meet is rude and uncaring!! Hopefully the Doctors are not this way, but I won't be finding out if they are or aren't. Shame on you!!

Very nice folk. I needed a copy of my dog's vaccination records emailed to Flagstaff Arizona and they did it in a speedy fashion. They made it easy to get my dog checked into a dog day care facility. These gals and guys will take care of you!

We travel full time in an RV & one of our doodles was licking his paws constantly for weeks, we were able to call on a Friday & get in the next Tuesday. The doctor sat on the floor, gave the dog a through full paw & body scan then gave a allergy medication for Bear to take. Great staff, easy to get to and very reasonable on the visit !! Thank you Lake Pepin Pet Clinic !!

Customer service at its best. Had an issue with our boxer on a Friday afternoon going into a holiday weekend. Dr. Schaal stayed open late to fit us in and took great care of our pup. She was back to herself within a day or two and extremely fair priced. I would recommend them 100%

They are very good with my dog. Rocky my dog needs to watch his weight and how much sugar he get. Need less to say they help me out by checking how many calories in the treats he can have and how much surgar.. She called the makers which took alot of time. All of this just for my dog. Shows how much she cares about our pets.
