They are so kind and caring. I have a 100+ pound elderly dog with some fears of the vet (from covid practices at other clinics). I have never felt anything but cared for here!

They are very animal friendly courteous to all who bring their animals in to have them checked by the vet the vet is very kind very polite to the animal and to all questions about how many times you rephrase the question he will still answer it until you get it very nice staff a plate staff a kind courteous staff

You miss one appointment and they threaten to take away care. They were great in the beginning but now god forbid if you have a last minute thing come up, you get a $70 charge! Even if you call ahead to say you can’t make it due to personal emergencies they count it as a no call no show. Lake Pepin clinic is WAY better. Anyone going to all creatures this is your heads up.

An awesome place to take your pet. The entire staff from Dr. Rick, Sam and Sue are great with my fur babies. They always answer all my questions, address any concerns I have and never make me feel rushed.

Of ALL the cities I've lived in, ALL the veterinary clinics, emergencies, quick product pick-up's, scary moments, better-than-I-thought-it'd-be moments, routine pop-in's, all not-so-popular day's for my beloved little friend's, or for me...However...sunshine streamed through the large windows, & natural light filled the warm & welcoming room, which was a nice backdrop as you were greeted with friendly smiles. The exam room had the same effect. Most clinic's have small windows up high, & rely solely on fluorescent lighting, it's scarier & feels more astringent. Here, the exam room window's looked out onto the grass, it really makes such a big difference as it lends to a more calming effect on your nervous pals. Then... the smooth, earthy, genuine dude, Janka, strolls in. You can FEEL his goodness the minute his kind, gentle soul fills the room, & as he starts connecting to his patient, you can see he really actually LIKES animal's, it's oddly, not like that AT ALL, with WAY too many vets, & if you go to him for the first time, you will see it too. He's the only vet I felt like hugging cuz he always made me feel like everything was ju-u-ustal-l-r-r-ri-i-ight, & for the rest of the day, I felt aligned & zen. The Sam Elliott mustache didn't hurt, either. Ha!I also was so grateful to be able to bend Sue's ear whenever I needed holistic advice on my cats, she was always so sweet, knowledgable, & helped me so much. I have had 30 adult years in caring for my many little loves, & hands down, without question, this place was my very favorite Veterinary Clinic in all the land. Thank you for all you did for me & all my loves of my life

We started bringing our dogs here a few months ago. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. One of our dogs had a broken tooth that they found, and our other vet missed. They did surgery before it got infected. I definitely recommend All Creatures Vet Clinic.

This is the best staff EVER. Friendly and always willing to answer any questions. I knew my furbabies were going to get the best care. Since moving, I have yet to find a vet clinic that comes close.

We LOVE taking our dog here. Rates are reasonable and they genuinely care. I don't think we will ever take our dog anywhere else!

Very very friendly staff, my pet is very comfortable coming here. I think the charges are very fair for services. Could sometimes though use maybe a little more information on certain things.
