As founder of Technicians List; I stopped in and showed respect before I snapped a few pictures of there Brick and Mortar. Refused by 2 employee; I was puzzled why they would not want Case brand to be more seen as a Agriculture Brand. Recognition is everything today to build progress.

I bought an edger there a year ago and needed a new blade. I couldn't get the old one off brought it back to them and he put the new one for me no charge Very helpful. Very pleasant staff.

This summer Arnold's adjusted the clutch on our 350 Farmall. It' very old. They were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable.We were satisfied with their rates, too.

This is the second time I've been told in the morning someone will get back to me "ASAP" and been left until 4:50pm to get a call, when they are about to close and so is every other dealership. Leaving customers totally stranded when they have farms to run and cattle to feed is no way to treat customers - after years of business, I won't be a customer again if I can help it.

Arnold's of Kimball is all about customer service and satisfaction! They are by far the Best place to turn to if you have any sort of mechanical needs with your farm machinery.Even if you find yourself stranded out in the middle of a field at 2:00am with a chopper that's not working, Arnold's will have service out there ASAP!
