Services: overnight stay, office visit, prescription food.Was recommended this vet by a co-worker.Vet was knowledgeable and took time to explain in depth.Read other reviews complaining of wait time, I did not experience any obnoxious wait time.Staff was very friendly and genuine.Clean environment.Cute small town vet. Very acceptable prices.

We just switched to Jordan Vet, and we're very pleased. They were super friendly to us. They took great care of our dog (annual checkup and growth removal) and had very reasonable prices. They dont push things that aren't really needed. The costs at our previous vet had gotten out of control. We did not have a wait in the lobby like other reviews have stated. We are definitely going back!

My dog got badly injured on a SundayAnd they squeezed me in right away on Monday for an appt! Took wonderful care of her and I thought they had great prices too. Highly recommend them!

Amazingly caring vet who treats all kinds of exotic animals and has wonderful prices. They do charge a non-refundable deposit when making an appointment to protect against cancelations. They are worth the drive if you need to see a caring specialist.

We've gone to Jordan Vet for years, great service at a great price. I drive a ways for it but its been worth it. Went to all the 'fancy' looking places in my area and their services were not as good and it cost me a small fortune since my dog has a health condition. It's a no frills place but they exceed every expectation I have. I highly recommend.

4 out of 5 times you will wait in the lobby more than 30 minutes when you have a scheduled appointment.Got to my appointment. Forgot my wallet at home. After the appointment the receptionist told me I couldn't leave with out paying or leaving collateral. I told her I would have to leave one way or another to get my wallet. Then said she was going to call the police as I'm walking out the door. You really think someone wants to stand and wait while their cat is sitting in a cat carrier. Threatening to call the police on me for such a miniscule thing. Think I'll find a new vet even if I have to drive an extra 10 minutes

If you don't mind an extra 10 minute drive I'd look else where for a vet, these people are disrespectful. Have brought all 3 of my cats here since we moved to jordan. I'm just sorry I didn't give my buisness to another vet clinic.

Thought i had an appt 7/14/23, called to make sure, because i hadnt heard any confirmation. Jordan vet said i no showed my appt on 7/7/23. They said they left a message on my cell phone. I was home all day that day. I didnt have a call or message from Jordan vet.Thats fine, i will take all my business back to Belle Plaine. Their male vet wasn't overly friendly anyways.I thought it was nice to go to my yowns vet. Well i guess not!I looked on my cell phone history for 7/6 and 7/7. I dont see anything from Jordan Vet. Bad customer service!

Have taken my 3 cats here since I adopted my first one beginning of covid. He was already neutered but got his shots up to date. My first kitten got neutered last year here and it went well. My second kitten was just spayed a few days ago and all went smoothly and was also affordable. anywhere else it’s 500 for a spay but here it’s 250. Neutering is even cheaper. The receptionists are thoughtful and nice. They don’t give you cones or anything for cats though but i just got her a spay suit and it works better. The only annoying thing is you have to pay for a checkup each time you give them their shots, so a 15$ vaccine ends up being 50.

I cannot say enough nice things about this clinic. They are reasonably priced, professional, do excellent work and are wonderful with my cats. The vet techs are so loving towards them too. I sent my brother to have his cat taken care of there for surgery when she had a tumor and it was half the price of his regular vet and they found an infection that the other vet did not. If you are looking for a good vet, look no further. This is the place!

Over priced over worked vet. Will not be back. Vet was horrible yelling in the lobby not only at his staff. But yelling at the customer who the staff and customer was not wrong. Had many pets to see them over the years. But this time was inexcusable. Especially with a person who works in the pet industry. No more bye Felicia!

A couple years ago I posted a 5 star review. Things have changed. I know the pandemic has taken a toll on the industry, and I can overlook a lot, but not top-down bad culture.I have 5 critters, all were eating rx food ($$$). A good vet is important to us. We’ve had a few recent issues with this clinic, here’s the 2 biggies. I called to make a neutering appt, told to wait 2 months for kitten to be 6 months old. Ok. Then called to confirm only to find the appointment wasn’t on the books!!!!! Then told b/c they’re busy, it’d be another 2 months. I took kitten somewhere else. That was frustrating, but here’s the straw that broke the camel’s back. For about 9 years we’ve spent over $200 a month there just on food. We switched food for our brood, but I had one $50 bag left. I called to make sure I could return it before making the 40 min journey. They said “yes”. So drove in, the person who “approves” returns wasn’t there, so left the bag & they’d credit my account. We’ve always been told we can return food if unopened. But… even though the bag was unopened & 2 months from expiration, the owner said they wouldn’t take it back, b/c I bought it several months earlier. What???? Where was it written returns had to be within 30 days? It isn’t, they decided to implement the rule just then. Are you flipping kidding me? We’ve spent over $20,000 on food alone at this clinic & you’re going to quibble about a $50 bag you can resell? I had to make the 40 min trip again to pick it up. Ridiculous!

I greatly appreciate this vet, they made time for me to bring in my very sick hedgehog with little warning. They treated her very well and I got an extra week with my quill pig because of them.. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. Definitely one of the best vets I have been to with little wait time and very knowledgeable vet and techs. I will definitely be going back with my other pets

I have been a client here for about 20 years. The good thing there are the vets. They are both knowledgeable, explain in detail, and clearly love animals. The groomer Jennifer is also great! Well priced, super friendly. The bad thing here is the customer service at the reception desk. You will not get any electronic confirmation via email or text of your appointment when it’s made. You will not get any reminder of your appointment via email, text or phone call. If you happen to have documented your appointment time wrong and don’t show up, they will not call you to advise or reschedule. The receptionist staff could get with the times and the electronic age. A little friendlier wouldn’t hurt as well. It also takes several weeks to get an appointment. Your pet may be in bad shape but there’s no squeezing them in or saving an hour a day for critical animals. You’ll just have to go elsewhere if you can’t wait. This is a small town vet with small town prices, which are good. But they really need to get in the 2000’s. The world lives in the electronic age!

We have been working with this clinic for our bunny. The locations is over an hour away but so worth it. The Dr. Has even provided further care via email and phone calls. Really goes out of their way to serve the animal well and work with me. The office staff has also been wonderful. Highly recommended this clinic
