Totally horrible. There was an employee with dark hair and alot of piercings and she would refuse to help me find what I was looking for. If I could put zero stars I would. Never coming back again.

Friendly and helpful staff. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is I have made the drive to this store a couple times for products they having showing in stock, but were unable to locate. They could probably tighten up there inventory counts on their less frequently purchased items.

This location gives you everything you would expect from Ace. It's not the biggest star but they have everything packed in there.Staff is super friendly. Location is clean and well kept.

Excellent local hardware store. Surprisingly large selection, helpful staff, and you can get paint mixed while you pick up a few things at the grocery store. So glad to have them in Jordan

Nice place to stop to get something quick as long as you know what you're going to get. New Prague Ace is a better option very knowledgeable staff not just high School kids.

Great selection of nuts, bolts, washers, random o rings. Great selection of plumbing fitting. They have many single items for small repairs that big stores never have. Great staff.

Will NOT price match! Funny, because my husband was in there the day before and the 3 ladies working gave my husband a lot of discounts off each of his items, not the total bill, EACH item. He was up paying, while I was still looking and I could hear it all. So when I went back the very next day to buy his present, I showed the worker the very same item from a bigger store up the road that was cheaper, he said " well I can't do that". So off I went to the bigger store just up the road. The Jordan Ace just lost a lot of money.

It's a really nice store with a really good stuff. there's sometimes a bit more expensive than home Depot, but I think it's worth it because of how much more convenient they are.

I came there at 4:58 pm just to grab one hose, one of the workers just shut the door right in front of me saying that they are closed even though about 10 people still there as I write this review (5:07 PM), VERY RUDE

Called in at 4:40 and asked if they could cut a piece of glass they said I had to drive in to have it cut so I drove in, when I got there they told me that the person who cuts the glass left at 4:30..
