This has been a great experience. Dave has been a great salesman giving me up dated information about the trailer I was looking at on line. I must say I was actually happy with the 2007 that could have definitely passed for a 2023 new equipment. This says a lot about Active Trailers. If we constantly live our life paying attention to negative reviews we will miss out on great opportunities. Thank you Active Trailers.

We were interested in buying a livestock trailer. I contacted David and he told me how everything worked. All was well until he informed me that we had to deposit $1000 in order to receive any paperwork, including an application!? With any creditable business I have ever worked with, professional and personal, I have always been able to get paperwork/application/something in writing BEFORE putting down a deposit. How do I have proof of what I put the $1000 down on if there is no paperwork BEFORE hand? With having nothing in writing and then the horrible reviews on Google, we chose to buy elsewhere. Also, a lot of their 5 star reviews are from employees?? Google isn't for that!

Formerly Erickson Truck sales and salvage.....I see you are still lying and scamming hard working truckers. I bought a truck from this company and was lied to from the beginning. When confronted about the lying salesman, Doug, they acted offended. I would avoid this place if you don't want to be scammed and cheated. My experience with this company, formerly Erickson Trucks n sales, almost bankrupted me. Avoid, stay away, and find a reputable dealer instead these lying con artists.

The staff and salesman were friendly. After purchasing this scrap hualer for 50k+ we drive it home to Oklahoma and realized that there was some pretty advanced tire wear that wasn't there when we bought it. When I tried reaching out to see what could be done Active trailers says that thier policy is once we look at it and take it off the lot it's not thier problem anymore. So beware if you buy a trailer it had better be a brand new one, because they don't have any guarantees and they have been proven to sell broken down trailers.

Wasted over 11 hours to drive there just to find out that the trailer I was interested in was laid on its side and "they" never mentioned anything over the phone. Then when I got there and asked "they" said it just rubbed a tree. Yeah ok. A pavement tree.
