I was hungry. Somebody bought a double quarter pounder with cheese-hold the pickles, and shared a small French fry order also. This used to be the best fast food restaurant in the area. Unfortunately, due to a few select staff it has become unwelcoming. In a service industry, customer service, smiling, and pleasantries are everything. The management needs to learn this and pull those who can't or won't do that significant part of the job off the front line and put them where they don't have interaction with customers.

Raw burger, waited in line approximately 7 minutes to find out I had to wait more for my fish fillet that turned out to be luke warm. It was definitely NOT fresh.

Wow… this place used to be great.. then they changed how the burgers were made. Overly salty and over cooked to the point where the meat is crunchy… this change has been implemented everywhere. Why would you change something that people have loved for years to absolute garbage. I won’t be eating McDonalds anymore unless they change back to the classic recipe. The old saying, “ if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it” really applies here. Love when some moron gets an idea and somehow magically gets to implement it.

This McDonald's has a kiosk to speed up order time and accuracy, but it does neither. I waited 36 minutes for my order (it wasn't even busy). When my order finally arrived ,it was bagged up to go even though I was dining in and had to go collect it from the counter instead of them bringing it out) my fries and burger were cold. I ordered a large fry but received a medium in a large container. I ordered no pickles but still got pickles on my sandwich. The manager was rude and snippy when I went to the counter to ask about my fries.Kid-friendliness: Has good menu options and a play place for kids.

Ordering breakfast with their computer system in the store. Lots of people waiting. Severely understaffed and overworked workers! Never got the order because I didn't pay by credit card but opted to pay at the cashier when I had my food to find out that the order doesn't even get placed until you actually pay. Nobody ever asked or informed me until I asked what was going on. So, never got my order.

Food was fine, but the behavior of the employee at the drive-thru window was unacceptable. She had an attitude and was impatient with customers for no reason. When paying for my order, she was taking an order of the next customer line. She was rude, was rolling her eyes, and making a hand jesture to hurry up. In addition, the drive-thru line moved very slow.

I use the mobile app because it gives the best deals, allows me to go through the drive-thru faster, and ensures that i order exactly what I want. That said, I go here often and one in every three orders is wrong in some way. Today I ordered the double jalapeño burger with medium fries and drink. I recieved a single patty, a small fry that was half full, and a small drink. I don't understand how the cook, the fry preparer, AND the drive-thru worker ALL messed up their job. This happens WAY too often and has caused me to check all of my orders before I leave. This has to be the most pathetic McDonalds I have ever been to.

There is so much wrong with this restaurant. they messed up my first order, I went inside to change it and it took 30 mins. We asked for our money back because we still didn’t have the food. There were other people in there that waited longer. Thr managers were freaking out. They whole facility moved like turtles. The person that took my order I told him multiple times, but he still messed it up. I don’t know how they were so slow that had 4-5 workers on staff. As a person who works in the fast industry this is ridiculous. I know full well if you went to Dairy Queen or Dunkin the service would be amazing. I’m not trying to be mean but your restaurant needs serious training.

management shut down counter and force customer to use the Kiosk - counter people were rude could not take order per their management. I was forced to use app for order or the Kiosk I am 74 years old I do not want to use the machines. I want a person to take my order. the Manger should be fired in my opinion for being rude an disrespecting older customers.

Absolutely ridiculous wait. We ordered in store to eat in the lobby. After a 35 minute wait, we FINALLY received our food. Our order was cleared from the screen way before we were served.There was one employee doing drive thru and front counter, she was amazing considering the wait from the kitchen. A manager sat in the lobby the whole time we waited, other managers were no where to be seen. Horrible management.

Today On 11/10/22 Morning 9:33 Am im very thankful to the two ladies working in here, who let me order through drive through, because many macdonald location wouldn’t even listen to you, if you’re a trucker driving 53 ft and mac… is closed only drive through … they won’t let you order…so here at this lacation as construction was going on inside so they were closed and i had a semi-truck,but thank you so much to let me order 👏🏻💯

Came here recently and left shocked how bad this place was. Had to see the reviews because I knew it had to have tons of 1 stars from my experience. Besides slow service, the place was dirty from floor the ceiling. Soda and water spilled on the floor yet no wet floor signs, it was getting tracked around the store so I almost slipped. Yet the 15 min I was there two employees looked like they went on breaks and nobody mopped or cleaned any of the gross tables or counter. If it was one of these issues I wouldn't think anything of it, but it was like the entire store. Never seen such an atrocious fast food restaurant. Curious how the owner or GM can care so little.

Literally everytime I go here theres something wrong with my order. This time I paid $39 and drove all the way home before realizing none of my order is correct. Missing items and have items I didnt even order. If I could rate zero stars I would. Check your orders before you leave.

I understand they and many restaurants are understaffed. My issue is with the pricing, one egg mcmuffin is $4.76 after tax, individuals McDonalds can set their prices but egg mcmuffins elsewhere cost $2.70. I definitely purchased my last breakfast sandwich there today, no way their overhead causes almost double the price. No wonder they hand out buy one get one coupons.
