This hardware store has everything a handyman would need. They also greet you when you walk in and will give suggestions on things if you're not quite sure what to get to fix something. They have the best customer service.

Always a great experience going here. The staff is always so helpful and very knowledgeable. A pretty good selection of stuff allowing you different options. They have everything you could want from a hardware store and then some. From nails and screws to furniture and appliances and everything in between.

Nice little local one stop shop. They have just about everything you could think of from typical hardware, lawn care items, paint, tools, etc. They also have very affordable and nice furniture! We bought a reclining sofa and loveseat set for far cheaper than anywhere else about 8 months ago and they still look brand new. Also just went back a few days ago and bought a new bunk bed set for my little guys, 2 new mattresses for it and a new mattress and box spring for my teenage son and it was still extremely affordable! They also deliver as well for a minimal fee.

Was looking for a hasp and padlock I was pointed I. The right area but then left ony own I ask another customer about what I needed and he was very happy to help me out but it's not his job and obviously he was busy getting things he needed after I asked questions and told him what I was doing he told me what I needed and then proceeded to find the bolts washers and nuts but I got home 11 miles away and my door is thicker than most normal doors so my bolts aren't long enough so now I have to go back and return them and get longer ones

If i could give no stars i would!!! I came in and off the bat they told me they were closing soon what do i want!! Very rudely! Upon my friends coming in they asked the same thing very rudely! We were watched the entire time felt very uncomfortable! Upon purchasing my items i had to ask for a bag when obviously i needed one! My friends didnt ask and they did not recieve bags came out with their hands full! Super unprofessional!! People of color do not go here!

They make you feel welcome and comfortable.Reminds me of that small town feeling that one would get back when bargain buys was in town.The owners have definitely brought back the type of experience and environment that makes a person want to do business with them!It's that one place that even if you're not in need of furniture, appliances, or something from a hardware store, you really need to stop in and buy something so that you too can feel that welcoming experience!Did I mention that they have furniture and appliances? They aren't just a hardware store. Instead they are the one stop shop for most of your home needs! The prices on hardware ate reasonable. There furniture and appliances are more than reasonably priced.. you'll definitely get everything that you pay for and more!And it's very likely that you'll feel as if you've made a new friend or two after doing business with them....Very rarely will I ever write or speak so highly of a place as I am here writing of R & S Hardware. But in this case, they deserve the high praise!A few years back, shortly after they opened, I had moved back into the area and had become overwhelmed by things that needed to be done on my home. And from time to time I'd feel lost or out of sorts with things. But all I had to do was go into town to R & S Hardware and before I'd leave their store I felt better again. I'm not sure if it was because they made me feel so welcome or if it was because of their staff's knowledge of so many things. No matter what it was or is, I'm pleased to have them as a place to do business!For them, they deserve way more than the 5 stars that I'm able to give them here!

For a small town hardware store it's got just about everything you need. It may be a bit on the more expensive side, but when other options are 20 minutes away, it comes in handy especially when you're in a pinch.

I had no idea what I was looking for so before I left the house.I called to see if they even had what I needed. The phone was picked up on the second ring even though I could hear she had customers walking out the door she knew what I needed without a second chance I told her Id be down in a hour and she left exactly what I needed on the counter.Thanks again it's like my second Menard's
