Absolutely loved my whole experience of Pet evolution beginning with the phone call talking with everyone through the process were so kind so great with my dog!!Awesome store with lots of products very clean and fun shopping! Loved loved the grooming they gave my great Pyrenees! He looked AMAZING!!Everyone handled him so well and was so kind Throughout my whole experience !! Definitely going back in the near future and love that they offer a package of unlimited washes you can do yourself. They have great bathtubs and everything you need if you want to wash your pet yourself as well!’ The Best pet grooming experience I’ve ever had by far!

Took my Goldendoodle in for grooming after I was unable to manage the grooming myself due to deep mats. Jenny was wonderful with my dog right upon greeting us at the door. She looked like a completely different dog after being shaved but this was exactly what she needed. Jenny spent additional time on her than what was scheduled so that she was comfortable during the blow dry also. She shared grooming tips and offered to have her come in for brushing as needed. Didn’t make me feel like a bad dog owner. Thanks for the help with my sweet girl, we will be back for services in the future.

This was our first time at Pet Evolution. We brought our big rescue Sadie in for a self-serve bath and it was an excellent experience for all of us. The associates were very friendly and helpful, the bath area was clean and well-stocked and we felt it was a good value. She went home looking fluffy and clean!

Pet Evolution in Arden Hills is the best! The staff is so kind and we know that they will always take great care of our dog. Our dog is older and has trouble standing for long periods of time, but they are so understanding and do an amazing job every time!

My puppies 1st haircut and I am quite happy with it. Lisa took the time to explain what I may see and gave me hints on how to help train him for the next cut. The staff welcomed him in and played with him to the delight of my pup.

I wish I had taken photos. This business looks great. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable pet lovers. I always have questions and my dog is very frantic she gets very excited when we approach the building because she loves all the positive attention she gets from the staff. The staff did a nail trim, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning. My dog was not calm but surprisingly cooperative. Then I did a self wash. Staff assisted me with picking out a hydrating shampoo and de-shedding conditioner. They also answer a lot of my other question about the healthy dog food products like the calming hemp treats. I bought a new leash, harness, and basic collar. I ended my visit with an essential membership and a new dog tag. I’ll get one free self wash each month and a discount on retail. They also have at-home allergen testing kits that provide a thorough review of what your dog should avoid or should have more of. They have a sample binder of the results. It Only costs $80 and a bit of your dog’s fur which is modest compared to a vet visit. I’m glad I found this place and that they have multiple franchises in the area.

Sierra did a perfect first full grooming for my 4.5-month old mini golden doodle. It was the first time because a groomer at a different pet store could not finish the job a few weeks ago and told me multiple trimming appointments would be necessary before a she could try a full haircut. Sierra did a successful first full haircut the first time, and I like how my puppy looks now.

My experience was phenomenal. The customer service was above exceptional.The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent at their job .This store had aexcellent groomers that are particular and no how to take care of your dog's coat.They go above and beyond answering all questions and helping you understand the food the toys in the various animal products.The manager of the store is incredibly knowledgeable friendly and takes time to help you learn and be educated a gift you do not seen the industry. CNN thank you for making my first time experience memorable and definitely I will be back on a regular basis.Cheers to a great manager and leader of a fantastic team of employees the owner should be thrilled with this store and it's employees

We weren’t sure how this would work with 2 dogs who get nervous over the word bath. It was awesome. Both of my dogs were great. Love the concept of self dog wash. Everything provided for you included in the price. They do have groomers there if you don’t want to do it yourself. We liked it so much we signed up for us to go in monthly.

If there was a 6th start, i would have selected it!I have a 7 month old goldendoodle and i brought her into PetEvolution for her first hair cut. I have had doodles in the past and have had some rough experiences with the big box store groomers. i really wanted to make sure they treated my dog well so i stayed for the whole groom. And they were AMAZING. the store was so clean and trendy. The customer service was top tier. And my dogs haircut was pure art!!sierra was the groomer. She was awesome with my dog and my dog took a liking to her right away! I made sure my dogs next appointment is with sierra!!Also the pictures posted don’t give the hair cut justice! ( the photo with the leaves is the before photo)

Got my older dog groomed here for the first time. When I get her back from the other groomer I’ve brought her to, she seems traumatized. When I picked her up from pet revolution she was so happy and excited. Lisa was so sweet and took care of our Gracie girl. we will be bringing her back for her future hair cuts.

The environment is always welcoming, they have enough toys, treats, dog, food, anything you need for your fur child. I go to the self-serve bay every few months and it’s always sanitized before you take your dog in. They have everything that you need and you can take as much time as you want. The other dogs in the other bays are always respectful never aggressive.

They got me in last minute and that was great! My dog was VERY matted and I knew she was going to need to be cut short and I was prepared for that. I did asked before hand if her head could stay more rounded and a little longer and her eyelashes left long. That was all cut short. She did have 1 nail clipper too short which she was bleeding on the floor when we got home. I’m glad she was able to get in and we can start over with her fur but I don’t think any thought went into her cut or any detail. I would go back if I knew she’d get a more tailored cut for my doodle.

We appreciate the coupon for a free self-wash experience. A few things can be improved. I wish they had hand-held brushes for humans as we apply and rub in the shampoo. They have them at other places. Plus, they did not have unlimited treats. They really can be super cheap ones to keep our nervous pup a bit distracted. Finally, they installed these high-powered blow dryers but they were so loud that our dog got super scared.

I took our golden retriever for a full grooming and was so impressed with the end result! He had never seen a professional groomer but the team at Pet Evolution were so patient and so kind with him. I could tell he liked the staff which was very important to me. Not to mention he came back looking and smelling amazing!

Great customer service with a newer self wash that comes w/high powered blow dryers for 18.00 bucks (dog is 38 pounds). Way better than other self washes in the area. Hours of operation are excellent too!

I did the self wash today. The facility was very clean and the staff were very friendly. My elderly 110 pound dog did not want to get in the tub and the staff jump in to help me get her in the tub safely. I appreciate their willingness to help. Thank you!

We wash our 2 greyhounds at pet evolution and the tubs are always clean, shampoo, aprons and great choices of spray types from the head. The staff are always attentive and helpful and they always manage to fit in a walk in nail trim.

it was great! However I was asked if I wouldn’t use the dryer, it was 6:40. I used to work at another location I understand the self wash closes at 7 (the blaine self wash closes at 7:30, different Franchises I understand close at different times) however the whole reason I chose to go to a self serve was because I wanted to use a high pressure dryer. But I was pleased to see that you guys were stocked with many of the things I couldn’t find at the blaine location.
